The off-the-shelf project
We examine your existing reporting and discuss this year's business objectives, initiatives and competitive threats. We
craft a cost effective MVP3 sample. Typically, this is a subset of your existing reports and some recommended new reports.
It won't be everything you may want. But it will be more organized, faster, and easier to use then what many companies
have today. And we will have it up-and-running in a few days.
Custom consulting
We make everything just the way you want it on top of our fast, organized, and easy to use software platform. Most big,
custom improvements to reporting require iterations. Specifications naturally evolve as work is completed. Subtle complex
challenges may not be anticipated up-front. We start with a general specification and budget. We meet as needed to
refine the direction and scope. Custom projects are normally a few to 12 weeks in duration and billed hourly.
