QVC’s Internal Audit Department has an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Internal
Auditor at our Studio Park headquarters in West Chester, PA.
*Job Requirements
The successful candidate will participate as a key member of the internal audit function. The
position will work closely with the Internal Audit Manager in strengthening the Company’s
Sarbanes Oxley compliance program, participating in internal audits of QVC's domestic and
international operations, as well as special projects. Responsibilities will include supervising
staff, developing and executing audit programs, preparation of audit reports, and
communication of recommendations for improvements where appropriate to accountable
management. Travel is expected to be 15-20%.
This position will work directly for the Internal Audit Manager. The position is required to deal
with all levels of employees from clerical to Senior Vice Presidents. The position will be a
key participant in executing the annual audit plan and will independently develop audit
programs and determine audit scopes for projects. This individual will perform operational
and financial audits of QVC’s domestic and international operations, policies, procedures
and internal controls. They will provide guidance for new business operations/processes to
help ensure internal controls are in place and properly designed. They will be responsible for
documenting findings and recommendations for improvements where appropriate to
accomplish objectives.

• Coordinate with business process owners to streamline various compliance efforts
including improving documentation, controls, and testing methodology.
• Performs and documents operational and financial audits in accordance with the Institute
of Internal Auditors Standards, the annual audit plan and within budgeted hours. This will
include the preparation of audit reports and other written communications in a clear and
concise fashion and working with process owners to ensure the quality of management’s
response.
• Responsible for providing guidance to QVC’s internal audit staff, including oversight of
internal audit projects, providing real-time feedback to staff, review of staff work papers, and
providing constructive improvements at various points during the respective project.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting, Finance or related
field required.
• 5 to 7+ years of audit experience required; combination of corporate audit and public
accounting experience preferred.
• Strong working experience assessing risks and evaluating internal controls is required.
• Candidate must have experience performing operational and financial audits.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills and computer skills (Excel, Access, Word, and
Visio) are a must.
• Well versed in the principles of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404.
• Actively pursuing the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and/or CIA (Certified Internal
Auditor) designation.
• SAP experiences a plus.
• ACL experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting, Finance or related
field required.

Internal Auditor) designation.
