Key Activities 1. Application design, implementation, analysis, optimization, and problem resolution in the Enterprise systems environment (Datatel’s Colleague and Benefactor application suites, including core, Human Resources, Finance and Student Information modules). 2. Development of Enterprise system requirements and cross-functional project management in the application of these requirements. 3. Design, development, maintenance, automation, and operation of Enterprise user and identity-management systems, interfacing with internal and external directory systems. 4. Installation, configuration and maintenance of web- and server-based Enterprise Resource Planning system applications. 5. Design, development, implementation and maintenance of Enterprise data-reporting mechanism(s). 6. Design, development, maintenance and evolution of corporate on-line, including webbased integration with external transaction providers and the University’s Enterprise Resource Planning system (e.g. e-payment systems). 7. Development of data-mart specifications in support of value-added Enterprise data analysis. 8. Preparation and maintenance of design documents, specifications, work plans, and records of systems configuration. 9. Coordination of Change Control on Enterprise applications, including automation of Change Request processes. 10. Co-ordination of delivery of Enterprise Resource Planning system training. 11. Maintenance of an awareness of industry best practices; liaise with vendors and other third party providers to stay abreast of technology evolution, software revisions, bug fixes, and to obtain product information. 13. Experience Required A minimum of 3, but ideally 5 or more, years’ experience in ‘direct systems’ development in an Enterprise.
