that “ we’re more like clergy than cops.” Is this assessment of their position true or not?

2. What is a minority report? Do the characters of “All the Troubles of The World”
experience a “minority report.” (2)

the end of the movie, Lamar is forced to make a decision. If he shoots John, then
precognition works, and the system continues. If he doesn’t, it proves people do have an
alternate choice, but the system has failed. Compare this predicament to “All the
Troubles of the World.” (2)
