I find that I eat far less, both at each meal and when I eat Balanced healthy snacks throughout the day. In 2-3/4 months I have lost 35 pounds so far of excess weight, with a bit more still to go. Limit Apples unless they are true crab-apples; *******Very Important Note: All Animal Protein must be no larger than the size of the palm of your hand; this includes the thickness of the palm of your hand! Keep your Category 4 ‘Slow Carbs’ Balanced with your Category 1 ‘Proteins’ and try to stay at or below the 15 grams of Fruit Fructose. This stops your blood sugar from spiking and assists you in creating a balance within your hormones so as to aid in the recovery of your Elohim. You are a Temple Being, so treat your Temple Being with love and compassion and you shall be rewarded with immortality; SUNKE Temple Trust www.sunketempletrust.com 3 ********The key to success is to replace the old non-nutritious so-called food products that contain ingredients like “MSG and Natural Flavors”. These are chemicals that cause addiction through desire for flavor/taste and bring on cravings for things like Soda Pops, Coffee, Tea, and ‘Doritos Nacho Cheese Chips’, for example. Use the true natural flavors in herbs, spices (No Chili), food-grade essential oils etc., to enhance your nutritional food process. In doing so, you will not miss anything in flavor or taste; Tips and Recipes to help you get started Important tips to keep in mind while nourishing you Temple Being: 1.) Use only Coconut Oil to cook with. Coconut oil does not change when heated up. It is a soluble fat that digests properly. Coconut oil helps reduce the load of saturated fats in your systems that were left because of your old eating habits; 2.) Use Olive Oil in your dressings and anything that is not to be heated to the cooked state. Olive oil changes its healthy composition to a free radical condition when it is cooked. Olive oil is an awesome moisturizer for your skin. Stop using commercial beauty products like lotions etc. to moisturize your skin! All of these products contain, in some from or another, toxic chemicals, which absorb through your skin and affect your overall general health; 3.) Get your shampoo and conditioner from the health food store that does not contain Sodium Laureth (Lauryl) Sulphate (SLS), which is an industrial degreaser. SLS causes hair loss and has been known to cause other more serious health issues; 4.) Avoid all deodorants and antiperspirants since they plug your lymphatic system and cause harm to your general health. Your body cannot detox when you wear deodorants and antiperspirants. Wash under your arms with natural soap and water several times a day. Do not use the salt crystal rock either. This also clogs your lymphatic system. A good natural soap can be found at your health food store. You can find bulk soap bars that contain the proper natural ingredients; 5.) Remember, whatever you put in or on your Temple Being, the toxins will absorb and cause bad health effects; Natural Skin Moisturizer Take 1 part Coconut oil and place in a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 part olive oil and use mixer to blend until smooth and creamy. When you have the right consistency of a lotion, add just a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Mix together and SUNKE Temple Trust www.sunketempletrust.com 4 then place in a proper container that seals tightly. Keep in a cool place so the oils do not become melted into a liquid state. Use as a moisturizer for the entire Temple Being. Note: Essential oils are very potent and can cause irritation. Make sure to keep out of your eyes and out of reach of young children. If you get essential oils into the eyes or mouth use only olive oil to dilute the essential oil in the area of irritation; Natural Toothpaste Take 1 cup of natural aluminum-free-baking soda. Use a wooden stirring stick or wooden chop stick and blend in enough olive oil until you form a paste. Once you have the correct consistency, add a few drops of your favorite food grade essential oil, like cinnamon, spearmint or peppermint. Note: Be sure to use the essential oils sparingly, especially the cinnamon. Cinnamon can get rather hot and cause irritation inside your mouth. If irritation occurs, use olive oil to dilute the burning sensation of the essential oil in your mouth and then make sure to add more olive oil to the toothpaste. If the toothpaste is too diluted for the proper consistency, add more aluminum-freebaking soda. Store in smaller containers and give each family member their own container to prevent cross contamination of germs; Garlic Spread Oils: 3-cups Coconut oil 1.5-cups olive oil Root Vegetables: 2-5 crushed garlic cloves depending on your desire for strength and taste Half a finely chopped/diced onion, make the pieces very small Spice Bowl: 2-teaspoons Natures Cargo sea salt 1-teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper 1-teaspoon Dill Weed (dried or fresh) 1-teaspoon Basil (dried or fresh) 1-teaspoon Oregano (dried or fresh) 1-teaspoon Cilantro (dried or fresh) 1-teaspoon Cumin 1-teaspoon Dried Onion Granules 1-teaspoon Dried Garlic Granules 1/4–teaspoon Turmeric SUNKE Temple Trust www.sunketempletrust.com 5 Create a ‘spice bowl’ by adding all your spices and mix together with a wooden spoon. In a large mixing bowl, blend the Coconut Oil and Olive Oil with a mixer until they become smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too runny, add some more coconut oil until you reach a smooth, buttery consistency. Peal and crush your garlic cloves into the oil mixture and add the finely chopped/diced onions. Blend again, making sure all the ingredients are mixed completely. Add your ‘spice bowl’ and continue to mix until all the spices are blended into a whipped consistency. Store in a closed container in the refrigerator. Note: The garlic spread will be a bit stiff when you pull it out of the refrigerator, so if you want it for spread-ability, you will need to pull it out of the refrigerator an hour or so before hand. You can freeze any excess if you like. Since we are dealing with live food, you must always store live food in either the refrigerator or freezer when not in use. It is a great spread on your Squirrelly bread or on top of steamed vegetables or cooked fish. The garlicspread ingredients are the same ingredients I use for the oils/spices to make croutons out of the Squirrelly Bread for homemade soups and Green Salads. You can adjust the amount of any ingredients to your liking. This is just the best combination I have come up with so far; Herbal Seasoning Salt 4-tablespoons Natures Cargo Sea Salt 2-tablespoons Fresh Ground Pepper 2-tablespoons Dill Weed (dried) 2-tablespoons Basil (dried) 2-tablespoons Oregano (dried) 2-tablespoons Cilantro (dried) 2-tablespoons Cumin 2-tablespoons Dried Onion Granules 2-tablespoons Dried Garlic Granules 1/2–teaspoon Turmeric Place all ingredients into a clean coffee bean grinder and blend until a fine power forms. Put ingredients into a spice shaker and use as seasoning for everything you can possibly think of; Kale Chips 1 Large Bunch of Kale, cleaned and removed from the stem. Chop into nice sized pieces and spin in salad spinner to remove excess water; Double Batch of Dressing 1-cup of purified water ¼-cup of Coconut Vinegar SUNKE Temple Trust www.sunketempletrust.com 6 2-Tablespoons of Hemp Seed Oil 1-cup of raw Tahini Juice of 1 fresh squeezed Lemon Juice of 2 fresh squeezed Limes or 2 full peeled Key Limes Combine and Mix the liquids in a powerful Blender Make Spice Bowl 4-teaspoons of Natures Cargo (NC) Sea Salt ¼-teaspoon Turmeric 2-teaspoons Cumin 2-teaspoons Dill Weed 2-teaspoons Cilantro 1-teaspoon Oregano 1-teaspoon Basil 1-teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Add Spice Bowl to liquid mix and blend for about 30 seconds Then Add ¼-cup Nutritional Yeast 4 Fresh Garlic Cloves 12 Fresh Green Onions chopped Blend all the ingredients for about 1 to 1.5 minutes until smooth and creamy. If the dressing appears too thick, thin it down a little with purified water. Use caution to make sure the dressing does NOT get too runny. Take cleaned and chopped Kale and put some into a large size mixing bowl. Pour some dressing over the Kale while simultaneously mixing with your hands. Massage the dressing into the green leaves of the Kale. After you have a sufficient and even coat on the leaves, place the coated Kale onto the dehydrator racks. Use the lowest temperature possible, preferably 98 degrees Fahrenheit, as to not destroy the natural enzymes within the Kale. It takes about 4 hours to totally dehydrate the Kale into a crispy texture. You may want to flip the Kale chips over half way through the cycle or 2 hours into the dehydration phase. The time may vary depending on the model of dehydrator you are using. Make sure the Kale chips are completely dry before placing them into a container or bag. If the dressing or Kale is still wet/damp, this live-food can and will mold and/or spoil. Note: Any excess dressing can be used as salad dressing by simply adding more vinegar/olive oil/purified water to taste and desired thickness. SUNKE Temple Trust www.sunketempletrust.com 7 Sprouted Raw Almonds: Put 2 cups of raw Almonds in a glass mason jar and fill with enough purified water to ensure they remain submerged. Put lid on. Leave in refrigerator while they expand overnight and then drain off the Almond water into another container. This Almond water will be a bit sweet and can be used in your raw food recipes. Place some fresh, purified water in the container of the drained, Sprouted Raw Almonds. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy. Eat the sprouted Almonds within a few days or they can go bad. Note: The Almond water must be used within a few days, otherwise it will go sour. If this happens, dump it down the drain. Almonds are very nutritious and release a particular enzyme your Temple Being requires for proper digestion. It is easier on your liver when these sprouted Almonds are ingested. Once the Totally Raw Fudge is firm, take it out of the refrigerator and cut into 1x1 inch squares. Place into sealed container and store in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy! Chia Seed Citrus Gel 2-cups purified water 1 to 2 droppers full of Stevia in Vegetable Glycerin Liquid Form (Ethanol Free) ¼-teaspoon of Food Grade Orange, Lemon or Lime Essential Oil Mix well with Whisk, and then Add: 1/3-cup Chia Seeds Wisk until seeds are completely blended then let sit for 3 minutes so the Chia Seeds can gel. Whisk again to form the gel consistency throughout. Peel any citrus fruit you desire and cut into bite-sized pieces. When using orange essential oil, use orange fruit. When using lemon essential oil, use lemon fruit. When using lime essential oil, use lime fruit. Once the Chia Seeds are gelled, stir in the chopped up fruit. Let chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, then serve. This should last up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Notice to All: The information below gave us inspiration to get started on our proper nutritional process which we call; “Journey To Health Awakening Our Elohim.” We paid for our Live Blood Analysis with Cody Dahl and this included the supplemental information we received to begin our Journey. Our information at the beginning of this document was used to expand Phase One into a workable process for our needs. We are Prepaid for this Anointed Divine Life Knowledge Please ‘Pay It Forward’ Phase One Information by Cody Dahl When your blood sugar spikes, your pancreas produces insulin to reduce the blood sugar so you can remain conscious. Remember, insulin is also a major fat making/storage hormone with a long “half-life”. To avoid blood sugar spikes, (which lead to hormonal imbalances and disease) you must balance the macronutrients; proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, at breakfast especially, and each time you eat, to fuel your body for high energy without endocrine stress. The effect of food in regards to blood is referred to as the Glycemic Index value of the SUNKE Temple Trust www.sunketempletrust.com 10 food, and for simplicity the categories below are listed from lowest to highest on the Glycemic Index. Lowest on Glycemic Index Category 1: Proteins: organic eggs and wild caught fish are “OK”, however meat and poultry must be extremely limited if any unnatural diet for the animals. All animal products should be organic ‘pastured’ and grass finished. Ideal proteins are Vegetable, Organic and Raw; Chlorella (60%), Hemp Protein (50%), Hemp Seeds (35%), Chia Seeds (20%), Sprouts, Spinach, Sprouted Beans (Peas – Lentils – Garbanzos – Fenugreek – French Lentils – Kamut, Adzuki Beans (16%), Raw Almonds (18%), Walnuts & Brazil Nuts (9%), DO NOT EAT SOY OR ANY PRODUCTS CONTAINING SOY!!; 2. Fats: Oils (Udo’s Choice, Olive, Hemp, Coconut), Raw Nuts, Raw Nut Butters (Almond, Pumpkin Seed, Tahini – ground sesame seed). Roasted nut butters are less nutritious. ELIMINATE PEANUTS!; 3. Low Carb: Raw Green vegetables digest into low amounts of blood sugar. Therefore, eat more Romaine, Collard Greens, Kale, Swiss Chard, Avocado, Beet Greens, Broccoli, Bok Choy, Asparagus, Celery, Cucumber, Garlic, Green Beans, Green Onions, Parsley, Spinach, Zucchini, in unlimited quantity! These Vegetables can be eaten alone, as they do not require balancing; these foods are micronutrient dense and very good for healing, however somewhat impractical for fuelling a high-energy lifestyle unless taken in a concentrated form; *’Non-Sweet’ Fruits; Goji Berries, Cranberries, Blackberries, Kiwi, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Sour Cherries, Golden Berries, Mushrooms; Middle on Glycemic Index Category 4. Medium Glycemic, or “Slow” Carbs: Sprouted MegaMeals, Beans, Lentils, Carrots, Peas, Squash, Yams, “Sliver Hills” sprouted-grain bread, Whole Quinoa Sprouts, Whole Barley, Whole Buckwheat Sprouts, Whole Wild Rice and Most Fruits. All must be balanced with the same protein grams from category 1 above; *’Caution Fruits’ Apples, Watermelon, Honeydew, Papaya, Medjool Dates, Pineapple; Highest on Glycemic Index 5. High Glycemic, or “Fast” Carbs: All grains (Rye, Wheat, Oats, Millet), Breads, Cereals, Rice, All Potato (Baked, Mashed, or Fried), Corn, Syrup, SUNKE Temple Trust www.sunketempletrust.com 11 Jam, Pop, Candy, Fast or Processed Foods, Fruit Juice, Milk, Beer, Banana, Pear, Mango, Grapes, and Raisins. Starchy and sweet foods digest too quickly into very high amounts of blood sugar, therefore avoid these altogether for three years, as they will stress your endocrine system. Substitute from the “Slow” Carb group for now, and later these must be very limited and only be eaten with or after protein from category 1 to regulate your digestion and thus control your blood sugar. Also, avoid dried fruits, because most all contain highly reactive sulfur dioxide also known as ‘sulphites’. (You can tell fruit that is dried with sulfite because it is a bright artificial looking color, rather than a brown color). Sulfur dioxide is a very reactive chemical, and should be kept out of your nutrition process completely. It is a major factor in the onset of asthma for susceptible folks. It can be very high in wine, especially white, and even in fruit juices, including most goji berries and juices. You can have a little sulfite-free organic dried fruit; however remember that dried fruit is high in sugar. This may cause blood sugar problems and resulting tiredness, brain fog or cravings if it was not properly balanced. 6. Eliminate Agave nectar, honey and cereal grains if you have any Yeast or Fungal evidence. Xylitol and Stevia leaf green powder do not spike blood sugars and may be used moderately to sweeten “Green Smoothies”. “VERY IMPORTANT”: Avoid all commercial processed food like the PLAGUE, including; soda pop, coffee, tea, juice, milk, yogurt, cheese, sausages, sugar, flour, bacon, ham, salami... All preserved and pasteurized ‘foods’ are totally “taboo”! DO NOT return to your old eating habits if you want to get/remain well and healthy! One hundred years ago, only 1 in 100,000 folks got ‘adult onset’ (now ‘type 2’) diabetes, and cancer was rare (carbohydrate intake has increased to over 10 times the 1900 per capita average). Today, close to 1 in 4 folks develop diabetes (lack of nutrition disease), and 1 in 2 get cancer or ‘heart’ disease – the leading causes of death – directly related to lack of nutrition; SUNKE Temple Trust www.sunketempletrust.com 12 To build your True Health Results, follow this overall approach: 60-90% of results are due to nutrition and lifestyle changes recommended. 40-10% is vitamins/minerals/supplements, as per your current health conditions. Remember to eat only balanced meals for the next two weeks (and balanced snacks, however only if you feel cravings, weakness or headaches). Once your insulin is lower, you should be able to go five hours between meals, with no snacks. Chew proteins, each bite twentyfive times, this is easy if you set your fork down between bites. Gum chewer? Use only natural gum briefly after a meal. Note: Anytime a headache occurs, drink a big glass of water and go outside for fresh air. If the headache persists, drink more water, eat a VEGA bar, and RELAX for 15 minutes. It is important to stay hydrated, and it is also important WHEN you drink. You should always carry a water bottle and have 2 cups (500ml) of water 30 minutes before you eat your meals, to hydrate your stomach so it will work properly. Take only small sips during the meal to avoid dilution of your stomach acid. Limit beverages during the meal. Drink Nothing for 1.5 – 2 Hours after your meals. After two hours, have two cups of water or “Herbagreen” tea to hydrate your small intestine. Water quality is very important.: (For Canada - ideally use the wild harvested spring water past Banff in glass bottles.) Also, get a “Shower Filter” to remove toxic chlorine from your bath water. Fructose – One of the Major Culprits for Diabetes, Heart Disease and Cancer SUNKE Temple Trust www.sunketempletrust.com 15 Cody emphasizes the importance of avoiding fructose if you want to successfully address diabetes, or to avoid diabetes in the first place. It’s important to understand that your body metabolizes fructose differently from glucose. These differences lead to serious health consequences. For example, fructose does not stimulate a rise in leptin, so your satiety signals are diminished. Glucose suppresses ghrelin (the hunger hormone) while fructose does not suppress hunger. Note: Even though fructose may not make a “blood sugar” (glucose) meter rise, Glycation Damage to your cell membranes can be worse from fructose than from glucose!; Fructose also increases your insulin levels, which interferes with the communication between leptin and your hypothalamus, so your brain senses starvation and prompts you to eat more. Fructose then also reduces the amount of leptin crossing your blood-brain barrier by converting into and thereby raising your triglyceride (Very Bad Cholesterol) levels. All of this will set the stage for over-indulgence, which puts you on the path towards diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Even if you are physically fit, the bad cholesterols lead to heart disease and cancer. He strongly advises keeping your fructose consumption below 25 grams per day. However, it would be wise for most folks to limit fruit fructose to 15 grams or less per day as it is virtually guaranteed that you will be getting more “hidden” sources of fructose from just about any processed food you eat, even many “healthy” and organic foods! Limiting fructose from fruit means carefully monitoring intakes to make certain that you are not inadvertently consuming too much fructose. See the table to get an idea of how much fructose is in your favorite fruits. Codys comment: Keep in mind most all processed foods are loaded with fructose and is best avoided entirely. For example, there are about 40 grams of High Fructose Corn Syrup per can of soda pop. Then “Diet” soda pop with artificial sweeteners like Splenda are the new “Crack” for addiction power, and these are also proving to be very toxic. Clearly, eliminating excess fructose from your daily food is FAR safer and MORE effective than taking dangerous drugs like Avandia if you have diabetes. However, virtually no MD will inform you of this, as there isn’t billions of dollars worth of drug company marketing efforts behind this sort of recommendation.
