What is ‘The Sheffield Professional’?
• A positive way of describing the experience of
working in a professional services role at the
University
• A set of principles which describe the agreed
ways in which we behave and can expect our
leaders, managers and colleagues to behave
• A work in progress!

• A commitment by the Registrar & Secretary to value the
