Aidan McHugh looking into setting up password protected coaches corner on RHFC website containing all documents including the workshop printouts. Suggestions from coaches coming in fast – good content, all welcome – create focus groups within wider coaching forum to examine and deliver Numerous teams now using the recommended RHFC warm ups. Next workshops will be planned for week 15 and 17 in April. Between now and then: Meetings with coaches individually to discuss their own GFP for season 2015/16 Coaching committee panel available to assist with individual training sessions. Coaches meeting – discussion panels on set agenda circulated in advance Updates: Examples of suggestions received: Setting up Roster – take setting up away from ”first on” teams - allow coaches to focus on warm up etcs Equipment pooling – access to all for equipment not regularly used in training sessions in secure club storage Create a database that we all add to regularly with directions and maps to various grounds 0 beneficial to new coaches Standardise the way equipment is put away – easy access for taking out e.g. ”butterfly” the ssg goals
