You will use your learning style to create your study guide. It can be
flashcards, a foldable, or written/typed notes.

Analyze your score on your last assessment. Make a determination of what
you need to do to be successful on your activities and final assessment. Some
may need to re-evaluate and come up with a better strategy. See me if you
need ideas or have questions.

You will need to use these words to study on a nightly basis. You will also be
using your flashcards in class. Make sure you have them with you!

Make sure your vocabulary study guide is complete! It is due Tuesday,
September 22, 2015

Continue working to complete the study guide.

Review your guide for 5-10 minutes independently.

Make an attempt to complete as many as possible questions in 2A without
using your study guide. See how well you can do – What do you recall? Only
circle the answers at this point.

Use your study guide to assist you so you can complete 2A. Make sure to
write the sentence.

For those you had difficulty with during the activity, make a note and study
those words for at least 10 minutes tonight.


As a class we will review, Lesson 2B and 2C.


You will read “The Iceman” independently

This will allow you to make sure you understand your vocabulary words in
context.

We will read the selection together as a class.

Students will begin to review the questions. They will make note of the
questions they require you to use a vocabulary word. They will make note of
vocabulary that has been used within questions and mark them so they do not
reuse those words.

