The kids said it! • READ the textbook and take your OWN notes – SQ3R works! (No typewritten vocab) • Don’t cram – use distributive practice! • Use Psy 101 videos on blog. Will remain the 1st link ALL YEAR! USE them…. • ONE HOUR every day – rehearse & practice!!! • Read the blog. • Don’t be absent. • Application is THE most important part of interactive vocabulary! Make it relevant and personal…. Nothing matters more than how we treat each other. If you can’t be kind, say nothing. 2. BEFORE/AFTER lectures, b/t activities – trash, pencil sharpener, etc… 3. Use “hall pass card” only in emergencies 4. Hands off my desk (entrance table has sanitizer, tissues, pens, pencils, etc…) 5. Leave a clean work area – it’s a sign of respect! 6. School rules enforced (dress code, tardies, no cell phone use, IPods, etc….) 7. Have FUN….always QUESTIONS???
