WHY YOGA?



Physical fitness is
important to me
personally.
I had no idea where to
start when I decided to
start practicing yoga 7
years ago.
Was not aware there
were even different
styles.

Starting a new fitness
routine can be
intimidating to some
people.
It’s hard enough to be
motivated to work out
when you aren’t
intimidated.
