PE DAYS
Alvarez:Thursday
Bussert:Friday
Gillis:Tuesday
Thrall:Monday
All students MUST wear tennis shoes on PE Day and appropriate clothing!
Reminders:

If your child is a car rider, please use a car tag. The student’s name needs to be written large
and legibly, so that the caller can see them and this will speed up the dismissal process.

We need a working email for every parent. If you are not getting your teacher’s emails, then you
need to send in a correct email address.

All campus visitors will need a state issued ID (i.e. license) to scan upon arriving to campus
before entering the building. This ID will be scanned and a visitor's sticker will be printed using
the information on the ID. As always, safety is our number one priority!

No early dismissals after 2:00 pm

Please send a note for any changes in transportation. This includes early dismissals. *It helps
the teachers to know if your child should be packed and ready before lunch or related arts. Then
you won’t have to wait long in the front office for your student.

Please check to see that homework has been completed and sign agenda books nightly.
