Session Description: This summary will be used for evaluation purposes, as well as for the conference
program. Your description should tell the reader what topics the session will cover, what they can
expect to learn, and be no more than 100 words.
Session Outline: Prepare an outline for your session including main topic points. The outline will be used
in evaluating your proposal and for accreditation. (Limit 500 words.)
Learning Objectives: Please provide at least three (3) learning objectives that each attendee should be
able to attain by the end of the session. (Limit 500 words.)
Accreditation Information: We are particularly interested in sessions that can provide legal, planning,
and real estate continuing education credit by covering any of the following: property law and/or
litigation, land use regulations, planning tools or methodologies, property development, or real estate
financing tools.
Please explain how your session meets these criteria. (Limit 250 words.)
Innovation: Please describe how your session promotes innovative developments for land use
development professionals (please provide 2-3 examples). (Limit 500 words.)
