CMA Update:
You can now change the background color on your CMA cover sheet.
The entire property address (with the city, state, and zip) now appears in the address field of the CMA
Comparison Report.
You can now add a comparable property to a CMA report via the MLS number.
Statistics Update:
You now have the ability to send a PDF by email of the charts, graphs, and reports from the following reports:
Absorption Report, Home Sales Graph, Market Summary Report, Sales Per Month, and Daily Snapshot Report.
UtahRealEstate.com Mobile Website:
We fixed the issue where the Search button on the URE mobile web site was not working on iOS devices.
FORMS UPDATE: The latest UAR approved forms are also available inside the MLS.

MLS Policy Tip:
Make sure your MLS email is Up-to-Date
One of the more common fines we see is a non-response
fine. This occurs when we have sent a letter requesting a
change or correction and never receive a response.
You can easily avoid a non-response fine by making sure
your email address is up-to-date in the MLS.
Most MLS warnings do not result in a fine because we
receive a quick email response.

Property Pond Rentals Update
The tradeshow was a great success!
We received a note from Paul Smith , CEO of the
Utah Apartment Association, stating that our booth
was impressive and memorable. We definitely met
our objectives of creating energy and excitement for
Property Pond as well as introducing our new App
features coming soon.
**We are now beta testing the app and have several
property managers included. The new features will
easily allow you to take photos, create listings, and
list your Utah property from your iPhone or iPad. If
you'd like to get in on the action, please let us know!
