Lesson 2: The Tough Conversations
There are a select few topics that are difficult to discuss between members of a family business
such as a sorority. How do you handle situations where a sister is acting out of line with your
entity’s code of conduct? How to start the conversion with a sister who can’t pay their dues or
will be put on academic probation? This Lesson is dedicated to answering those questions and
more. This lesson will challenge your entity to review their judicial procedures and work toward
finding common ground in touchy situations within your sisterhood.
