To unify and inspire individuals by working across disciplines to bridge the gap among working professionals, modeling values of ethical behavior, teamwork and a sense of responsibility to commit to work and education OUR TEAM IS YOUR TEAM Jess Peacock Work, Family, Life MARGARET GERULSKI • I am a full-time working mother of four children who went back to school after 25 years. • As the Clinical Coordinator of a very busy high risk obstetrical unit I am faced daily with communication challenges and work very hard to assure I maintain good working relations with all I come in contact with. • Also work as Application Specialist for our Electronic Medical Record – not only developing the portion dedicated to Obstetrics, but also maintain and upgrade the documentation and provide all education to the Birth Center Staff • In addition to these jobs I also am in school to complete my BSN and teach OB Nursing Clinical. ERICA MILLER • I work full time and go to school full time all while planning a wedding and buying a house. This makes me a great multi-tasker and can handle a lot on my plate. • I have over 6 years experience working in group situations inside and outside school. I know what is expected in a group situation and make sure I do my part and keep up with the work that needs to be done. • I used to play a lot of sports so I am also a good team player in group situations. I know my role and can communicate with my team members to make sure we each know what we need to do to succeed. • I am a positive person and can always keep my team in high spirits even when things get a little tense. JESS PEACOCK • Hi my name is Jess, I wear many hats in life, I am a Wife, Mother, Nurse, and Student. By wearing these “hats” I am able to multi-task, communicate, and accomplish things in a timely manner. • Being a wife and a mother helps to bring balance to my life, it helps me to remember what is most important in life to me; family. • Being a charge nurse I have developed many leadership qualities like effective communication, the ability to have crucial conversations, and the ability to be a part of and lead a team. • Being a student allows me to expand my horizons and set goals for my future, and the future of my family. STEVE RICH • I am young, ambitious, and ready to work. I am motivated to do my best and be a team player. I have a wide range of work experience from working in factories and working in the medical field. I am an expert in working in teams and working with other to provide high quality of work. I am respectful, reliable, and also dedicated to my peers and superiors. I will always do my best and I am ready to get started. CHARLES THOMPSON • Dedication and integrity are two of the best ways to describe my strengths. For more than 25 years I’ve committed myself to working in the IT field. I have worked in large and small group settings via HVACs, Church organizations and Event Planning. I take pride in being a relationship builder, and a person who is always willing to freely share information. Being a part of a team with a diverse background is rewarding and enjoyable, it empowers me to be a better working Professional in School and to help those alike do the same.
