Job Description:










Responsible for all legal aspects of the group business including investee companies relating to
real estate, civil, commercial law, government act, commercial transactions, commercial
contracts, licensing matters, franchise procedures and documentation, shareholders agreement,
share subscription/purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, etc.
Resourceful in investigating and interpreting both existing and new legislations to ensure the
operations of group companies comply with applicable laws
Ensure all legal paperwork and documentation relating to legal procedures/requirements are
prepared to meet the standards in accordance with the commercial law
Handle all legal aspects in the company, including to review, negotiate and administer all legal
matters in relation to corporate exercise, litigations and commercial practices
Draft and prepare commercial legal agreements and legal documents
Provide legal advice/contract interpretation and review legal opinion in connection with contracts
or related laws both in English and Thai to the management
Manage all legal matters and monitor all legal works in support of related departments and
ensure the target performances are achieved correctly and within timeline, if not before.
Assist in the formation and implementation of business plans and procedures to minimize legal
risks
Liaise with external legal parties, business associates and government authorities such as the
Ministry of Commerce, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Public Relations Department, etc.
Follow up relevant regulations and laws in Thailand.
Qualifications:








Bachelor/Master Degree in Law from leading university
At least 3-5 years of experience in any international law firm, related governmental authorities
and drafting/reviewing commercial contracts.
Able to draft and review contracts or legal documents in both Thai and English.
Ability to work independently or as a team with good coordination skills
Well organized, self-motivated, result-oriented, mature with positive attitude
Excellent command of English both in spoken and written is a MUST (TOEIC SCORE: 800 up)
Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Able to produce results under pressure and work independently
