CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE 2016 CUMU CONFERENCE The 22nd Annual Coalition of Urban and Metropolitan Universities Conference will be hosted at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel from October 23-25, 2016. This year’s theme, Charting the Future of Metropolitan Universities, will examine our changing cities and communities and our role, responsibility, and charge to meet the needs of our students, community, employees, and partners. The deadline to submit a proposal is April 25, 2016. To submit a proposal you will be required to log into your existing CUMU account or create a new account. If you currently receive CUMU email communications, you have an online account associated with your email address. Once your proposal is submitted you will be unable to edit it yourself. Fifteen additional minutes are allotted for Q&A. A maximum of 4 people can participate as speakers in a 30 minute presentation. 20-minute presentations will be grouped together with two additional 20-minute presentations in a session. Fifteen additional minutes are allotted for Q&A. A maximum of 2 people can participate as speakers in one 20-minutes session.
