Student misreads word, records error word/date in “Error Word Log”. 2. At end of reading session student writes out all error words onto index cards. 3. Teacher reviews the words on the cards with the student and if student reads a word correctly or self-corrects, remove card 4. Practice each word with the student; have student repeat each word then re-read each word card in deck until mastery.
