Rebecca Hardcastle Wright, PhD, founded the Institute for Exoconsciousness. She created the concept of Exoconsciousness--the study of the extraterrestrial origins, dimensions and abilities of human consciousness.
Rebecca's most important work is researching advanced psychic abilities and extraterrestrial contact. Do humans have an innate ability to experience extraterrestrial contact? If so, what does that mean for our species?
Rebecca’s research has implications for technology-based transhumanism, brain-based neuroscience, and quantum-based cosmic consciousness. "An Exoconscious identity and conceptual framework is essential for our culture’s journey into technology, space, and extraterrestrial contact."
Exoconsciousness normalizes psychic abilities as essential for a 21st century human. Her research focuses on telepathic communication and psychokinesis. Exoconscious humans seem to birth psychic abilities, experience inter-dimensional travel and identify as a cosmic being. Taking a step further,
Rebecca integrates UFOs and consciousness, renaming UFOs, Exoconscious Craft. These craft create form and generate energy from the universal field of consciousness.
Rebecca’s book, Exoconsciousness: Your 21st Century Mind (2008) examines extraterrestrial human consciousness.
She works for peaceful Disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence both within the individual and throughout our planet. She worked with Quantrek , a zero point energy organization founded by Apollo
14 Astronaut, Dr. Edgar Mitchell. Rebecca collaborates with scientists affiliated with Quantrek and the
Institute of Noetic Sciences.
In 2005, Rebecca taught ufology at Scottsdale Community College, in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was one of the first formal ufology courses in the nation. She teaches Exoconsciousness on the faculty of
International Metaphysical University (IMU).
As a coach and hypnotherapist, Rebecca developed Exoconsciousness while working with UFO and extraterrestrial contactees. She trained with Ruth Hover, PhD, a pioneer ufologist and researcher. Dr.
Ruth participated in Dr. John Mack's Program for Extraordinary Experience Research. Rebecca also supports Denise David Williams, producer of the JOHN MACK Movie.
Rebecca lived in Clarksburg and Buckhannon, West Virginia, then moved to Dayton, Ohio. In Phoenix,
Arizona, Rebecca was active in the Phoenix Lights community. She now lives in Washington, DC.
Her graduate degrees include: an MDiv in philosophical theology from Boston University School of
Theology and a PhD in parapsychic science from American Institute of Holistic Theology. Her bachelor degree is in philosophy and religion from Otterbein University. She studied continental philosophy at the
Institute for European Studies in Basel, Switzerland. Rebecca is an ordained minister in the United
Methodist Church. She served as an inter-faith university chaplain at Wright State University in Ohio.
Her hypnotherapy and life coach certifications are from Southwestern Institute of Healing Arts in
Tempe, Arizona.
