The difficulties in compilation of development indicators for SDGs

In order to have a data set which reflect the implementation of this indicator
it is necessary to collect data from different ministries/agencies.
There is no available database that contains all desired information,
and even a survey or investigation is need for collecting specific information.

It is inadequate that health data is collected from provincial administrative
reports. These data are gathered from health care establishments managed
by the State, thus, they miss relatively large cases of people
who are unable to access State healthcare services.
The difficulties in compilation of development indicators for SDGs

Environment statistics: This is an important item in SDGs. However, so far
there has been no legal document of Government’s stipulation and instruction
about environmental Information. Collecting data of environment statistics
need high technology and costs. As the result, the collection and dissemination
of this data is not assigned to any agencies.

Data of Goal 10 (Ensure Good Governance and Effective Institutions) is
no indicator

Up to now, data of almost these indicators is not available,
we will collect and calculate by beginning of 2015

GSO depends on orther ministries/agencies to collect database
