*All the following notes are on the contractor

 The Contractor shall, when pricing this Bill,
take into consideration all costs or expenses of
all requirements stipulated in the section
entitled “General and Preambles” preceding
this Bill.
 The exact lengths of the required pipes, the
exact number of the required valves will be
determined during the implementation of the
Works.
 All the works should be done by coordination
with the municipality water department.
 Submission of shop drawing to be approved by
the Engineer before starting any work activity.
 Making trial pits for identifying existing
services, connecting existing water pipelines if
required.
 Excavation at any depth in any kind of soil at
indicated trench depth.
 Removal and transport at any distance of
excess or unsuitable materials to approved
landfill.
 Repair any damage of any service at full
satisfaction of relevant Service Authority.
 Restoring the existing surface to original status
and approval of the Engineer.
 Testing, flushing and disinfections of the new
pipeline.
 All works should be executed in accordance to
drawings, specifications and as instructed by
the Engineer.
 Any cut of asphalt layers must be by using
special saw and restoring the asphalt by using
two layers of 15 cm (each) base coarse and one
layer of asphalt 6 cm thick.

Generator Set

it to the storage fuel tank, the item shall include
automatic start and stop, exhaust system, fuel pump and
control, with automatic float, control, protection and
control panel, sensors for heat, speed, under voltage,
over voltage, oil pressure, phase sequence and phase
failure, measuring instruments, air duct, built in fuel
tank, alternator, diesel engine, exciter, automatic
charger, main
circuit breaker, sound attenuated
enclosure (original) as recommended by the
manufacturer. All fittings and fixing materials and
control needed are included in the price. The generator
shall be rated 400kVA standby rating. The price shall
include also the supply and install of the generator steel
shed, concrete pad and foundation, excavation for
foundation and all works associated as shown in the
Drawings and described in the Specifications and as
directed by the Engineer.
