Did you notice all the rocky coulees and bluffs as
you drove here? Do you wonder how they were
formed? A program will be presented by some
of the members of the Lower Grand Coulee
Chapter of the Ice Age Floods Institute. There
will be lots of things to learn, with pictures of
the results of the floods, a time to look at the
displays, and someone to answer questions. -16

Please be patient while waiting to park, our Wagon Master will get
you parked just as fast as possible. After you are parked please go
to the first available Registration Time to get your door prize ticket,
2014 Rockers, First Timer Ribbon, and a Goody Bag (one per rig).
Even if you have pre-registered you must come to the Registration
Tables to sign-in. If you have not pre-registered, coming to the
Registration Table is also necessary. Thank you.
Only 2 buildings will be used. 4H Bldg; for coffee, meals, food,
registration, Good Sam Store, Game Tables, Let’s Get Acquainted,
Chapter Raffles, and Vendors. Bldg 16 is for seminars, Flag
Rehearsal, Evening Events, Presidents Meeting, Parade Line-up,
Awards, and Raffles & Donations.
BYOC – Bring your own cup of normal size (no mugs)
Breakfast & Lunch: Bring your own silverware!!
Flag Retirement: Bring your old worn-out flags to be properly
destroyed; and a chair to watch the proceedings at Rotary Plaza,
which is outside near the flagpole.
Door Prizes on Sunday: You must be present to win!
Chapters will set up their Raffles on Thursday, none will be allowed
to set up on Wednesday, that is Vendor day. Please comply….
Sign-up sheets for activities will be near the Registration table.
Chapter Meetings may be posted by the Registration Desk.
Any changes to this program will be posted at the two entrances to
the 4H building
The 4-H building will be open after the evening events for
socializing.
Public network WIFI is available without a password.
BYOC&S/PP – Bring your own cups and silverware, plates provided
Thank you for coming to the Washington State Samboree. Is there
something you could do to make the 2016 Samboree even better
than this one? Talk about it in your chapter. The more involved
you are, the more fun you will have.
