After you are parked please go to the first available Registration Time to get your door prize ticket, 2014 Rockers, First Timer Ribbon, and a Goody Bag (one per rig). Even if you have pre-registered you must come to the Registration Tables to sign-in. If you have not pre-registered, coming to the Registration Table is also necessary. Thank you. Only 2 buildings will be used. 4H Bldg; for coffee, meals, food, registration, Good Sam Store, Game Tables, Let’s Get Acquainted, Chapter Raffles, and Vendors. Bldg 16 is for seminars, Flag Rehearsal, Evening Events, Presidents Meeting, Parade Line-up, Awards, and Raffles & Donations. BYOC – Bring your own cup of normal size (no mugs) Breakfast & Lunch: Bring your own silverware!! Flag Retirement: Bring your old worn-out flags to be properly destroyed; and a chair to watch the proceedings at Rotary Plaza, which is outside near the flagpole. Door Prizes on Sunday: You must be present to win! Chapters will set up their Raffles on Thursday, none will be allowed to set up on Wednesday, that is Vendor day. Please comply….
