A number of factors which affect organizations are examined, including size, technology, strategy, culture, and environmental conditions. Study and report on a change management event, with up to 2 other colleagues. Oral and written presentation required. Grading Course grade will be determined primarily from your total points on the course exams/demonstrations of reading knowledge (66%), and the project (34%). Attitude may play a role if indicated.
