Verbs: -ize, -ate, -ify
A suffix is a syllable placed at the end of a root word to
change or add to its meaning. Some suffixes also change

suffixes –ize, -ify, and –ate to root words.

twenty words at the beginning of class.
-advocate
-amplify
-computerize
-generalize
-intensify
-pollinate
-popularize

-standardize
