ABOUT CANCUN

Is Cancun a real island? Cancun is situated off the northeast tip of the Yucatan Peninsula, 30 miles north of
Cozumel, and 200 miles east of Merida. Technically, the hotel zone of Cancun is an island, but the locals always
refer to it as the “Zona Hotelera (hotel zone)”. It is separated from the mainland at each end by channels less
than 100 yards across connecting the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon with the sparkling Caribbean. The resort is
renowned for the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea that wash up on 22 kilometres of pristine beach.
Geographically, Cancun is shaped like the letter “D” with a lagoon inside and the Caribbean Sea on the outside
of the “D” curve. There are numerous water activities one can enjoy in this resort which include wave-runners
and jet skiing, water skiing, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, parasailing and snorkelling tours. Just 40 minutes
south of Cancun one can go horseback riding along the sandy white beaches or adventure through the jungle.
These activities can either be offered as individual options during guests’ leisure time or you may wish to include
one or more of them in the program as a group activity.
Beaches - There are a variety of activities to enjoy in or near Cancun. But first, you must try the beach and the
water. Few resorts can match this, and for many visitors it’s a holiday in itself. Most of the hotel beaches are
excellent, but try several. The beaches from the Dreams Hotel towards the airport are breathtakingly beautiful
but the strong undertow; the abrupt drop-off and strong surf make it a challenge to swim. The beaches towards
town from the Dreams Hotel are smaller and shallow for some distance out and there is little surf, making it great
for swimming, snorkelling and all other water sports. This enables the visitor to choose the beach best suited to
him.
What to wear? Strictly casual resorts wear, especially during the day. T-shirts are popular here, as elsewhere,
and men should try guayabera shirts, the traditional shirt worn by Latin men in the tropic for casual yet
handsome attire. Jackets and ties are not required, but lightweight sweaters, jackets or shawls are suggested for
ladies on cool winter evenings. Elegant resort wear is certainly not out of place at night, especially in your hotel
or for a night on the town.
It is customary to “dress” for the discos and most nice bars require that men wear shirts and long pants (some
allow Bermudas). Most frown upon sandals. Women are allowed more leeway, but would likely feel underdressed
in tank tops and flip-flops.
Shopping- From the typical tourist t-shirt shops to markets filled with authentic Mexican handicrafts, Cancun
offers visitors a complete shopping experience. The area has both indoor malls with stores from international
brand names and outdoor plazas that provide shoppers with pleasant places to stroll and dine. You will find highquality woodcrafts, jewelry, Mexican handcrafts, pottery, typical clothing and much more.

CLIMATE
Cancun receives a tropical climate with warm temperatures year round and distinct wet and dry seasons. The
yearly average temperature in Cancun is around 79F/26ºC and yearly rainfall averages around 1400mm. The
coolest period is around January/February with an average of 74F/23 ºC, but temperature rarely drops much
below 68F/20ºC even at night. From June till July is the hottest time and temperatures in the mid 30s are not
uncommon. However, Cancun is on the coast and there is nearly always a cooling sea breeze; it does not get as
hot as inland areas which can get temperatures in the 40s.
Although temperature doesn’t vary widely across the year, there can be said to
be two distinct seasons in Cancun. The wet season runs from May to October
and is slightly hotter; the dry season is from November to April and sees cooler
temperatures. This is due to the north trade winds which are strongest in this
season and bring cooling breezes to the coast. In terms of weather, the best
time of year to travel to Cancun is during the coolest months of the dry season,
in January and February. March and April are the driest months in the year, with
about 40mm per month on average, and also the sunniest. Humidity can be high
in Cancun, often around 80%. It is at its lowest in April and May. The months of
September and October, at the end of the wet season, generally see the most rainfall. These months can see
over 200mm of rain. However, because this rainfall often occurs in short but heavy tropical downpours, even
these months see a lot of blue sky. Rainstorms often last just a couple of hours before sunshine and blue sky
returns.
Although the coastal position of Cancun means it gets much more favourable temperatures than those found
inland, there is one major disadvantage: the vulnerability to hurricanes. Hurricane season in the region is officially
from June to October, though September and October are the most likely months. Although devastating, your
chances of being caught in a hurricane are quite low – on average Cancun receives a direct hit every 12 years,
though it does get brushed by one once every 2.5 years. Heat can also be hazardous and is certainly more
common than hurricanes in Cancun. In temperatures around the 30s and in high humidity the risk of dehydration
and sunstroke is high. Be sure to carry water with you, avoid going out in the peak of the day's heat and wear
high factor sun block.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

The United States government requires all travellers (including US citizens) to and from Mexico, Central and South
America, the Caribbean, Canada, and Bermuda to have a valid passport to enter or re-enter the United States. This
means that travellers will no longer be allowed to use birth certificates or other Id’s for this purpose. For more
information regarding these requirements or to obtain, replace or change a US passport, please visit the US State
Department website at www.trave.state.gov
En route to Mexico, airline attendants will provide guests with a Mexican Tourist Card to be filled out on the plane
and turned in at Immigration upon arrival to Mexico. A portion of this card will be returned to each guest and must
be turned in upon departure from Mexico.
Nationals of the following countries are eligible for a Tourist card: (a) EU countries for stays of up to 180 days
(except nationals of Austria, France, Greece and Luxembourg who can stay for up to 90 days); (b) Australia,
Canada, Japan and the USA for stays of up to 180 days; (c) Andorra, Argentina, Bermuda, Chile, Costa Rica,
Hungary, Iceland, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Switzerland and
Uruguay for stays of up to 180 days; (d) Czech Republic, Israel, Monaco and Poland for up to 90 days; (e) Korea
(Rep. of) for up to 60 days; (f) Brazil and Venezuela for up to 30 days. For requirements and regulations relevant

Visas are required by all except holders of a Tourist Card or visa-replacing document. Nationals of the following
countries require a special authorization from the Ministry of the Interior in Mexico: Afghanistan, Albania,
Bangladesh, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cambodia, China (PR), Croatia, Eritrea, Iraq, Iran, India, Jordan, Korea (DPR),
Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Syria, Taiwan, Turkey and Vietnam. Authorization takes
approximately three to four weeks.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE AT CANCUN AIRPORT

Cancun International Airport has three terminals: Terminal 1 is used by charter airlines from North America,
including domestic charter airlines. Terminal 2 is used by some international airlines, and all of the scheduled
domestic airlines, and new Terminal 3 handles almost all international operations of airlines from North America
and Europe.
The arrival luggage procedure for each Terminal is different. Terminal 1 and 2 allow visitors to be helped by a
porter. Terminal 3 does not offer this service since there are luggage carts for each visitor. This procedure does
not apply for departures.
On arrival, once you leave the customs area, please avoid all the time-share sales people who will do everything
they can to attract your attention. Just walk straight out of the building and you will be able to see your
Destination Mexico representatives, dressed in aqua polo shirts and khaki trousers holding a customized sign with
your company’s logo. They will take care of luggage and will escort you to the vehicle for transfer to the hotel of
your choice.

DESTINATION MEXICO always uses the best vehicles available in each area, mainly
air-conditioned motor coaches or vans, depending on the requirements for each
group. It is mandatory to have an English-speaking escort on each motor coach to
ensure that the proper assistance will be provided and to respond to any emergency
situation that might arise while in transit.
Vehicles will be assigned as soon as the flight manifest is received. We would
appreciate having it no less than 20-25 days before arrival if possible. Obviously any changes thereafter will be
integrated at our end as they are received from your company. An EXCEL spreadsheet works better for us if it is
convenient for you too. An example can be sent to you if this helps. You will then receive a copy of the flight

I. - JUNGLE TOURS
MAYAN ENCOUNTER TOUR
This is a great adventure into the Mayan culture! Mayan
Encounter offers a great combination of history, adventure
and culture all in one day.
You will be picked up at your hotel at 07:30 a.m. and taken
on a historical journey that explains 1,500 years of Mayan
culture. We will leave the town and traffic far behind us and
embark on an expedition into the heart of the Yucatan
jungle where we will show you a Mexico that most tourists,
and many Mexicans, never see.
You will see the recently-opened ancestral city of Cobá, an
archaeological site hidden deep inside the rain forest of the
south-eastern Yucatan, where we will guide you through the
history that pertains to this site in particular and to the
region in general. We will hire bikes there and take a ride to
the biggest pyramid of Cobá. Arriving there we have the
chance to climb this Mayan pyramid and enjoy a fabulous bird view of the jungle of Yucatan.
Back in the bus we take a ride to a typical Mayan village in the heart of the peninsula. Together with the locals
we walk through their forest, learning of the local fauna and flora, enjoy a zip-line crossing over one of their
incredibly beautiful open cenotes (sinkholes), rappel 45 feet down into this cenote and take a refreshing swim in
this sacred cenote Balaam Kin. The trip continues with canoeing and swimming in the lagoon, and next to the
same lagoon we will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the local women. The bus will pick you up and we will
make a stop close to Tulum and participants have the chance to choose one picture of the trip to take with them
as a gift.

XCARET PARK
Xcaret Park is an eco-archaeological site located just 10 minutes in the
south of Playa del Carmen. The naturally rocky coastline forms a series of
coves, inlets and lagoons. The area has been carefully landscaped to
retain a natural habitat and offers a wide range of activities including: a
botanical garden and butterfly pavilion, aviary, and an aquarium and
dolphin area.
Xcaret is also famous for its underground river with crystal clear waters

XPLOR PARK
Xplor is the newest attraction in the Riviera Maya. This park is located only four miles south of Playa del Carmen
and 35 miles south of Cancun International Airport. Visitors will discover an underground world at Xplor, a world
where they find amazing rock formations thousands of years old, set out on adventures with safe, cutting edge
equipment, drive Amphibious Vehicles on top and under the earth, row rafts through subterranean chambers, fly
through the treetops on 11 zip-lines and swim through caverns and grottoes.
Xplor Park offers visitors some of life's unforgettable moments in a natural landscape where you live adventure,

The Park offers four activities for your enjoyment, each lasting approximately 45 minutes. All start and end at
the Heart of Xplor, where you'll find the restrooms, lockers, restaurant/snack bar, shop, refreshment stand, and
hammocks and rest area.
Activities
a) Amphibious Vehicles:
Thanks to these powerful vehicles, Xplorers can travel over Xplor's spectacular jungle
paths and enter its fascinating grottoes; with a little luck, you might even see some
wild animals! It's a thrilling, 3-mile trek filled with unforgettable moments as you
discover the million-year-old secrets of Xplor's grottoes and caves. Inside the caves,
the water level rises on parts of the trip, but there's no need to worry—these vehicles are equipped with floaters
that don't affect the motor. The tires push you along the water, just like on land.
b) Underground Rafts
On this unforgettable ½ mile trip, Xplorers will row a raft with their own hands through
fascinating grottoes and be awestruck by the extraordinary rock formations that have
taken millions of years to form. The maximum water depth is 3 feet, so no life jackets
are required. There are two shortcuts along the route so you can cut the trip short to
save time if you want.
c) Zip-lines
In this thrilling, 1.8-mile long adventure, Xplorers zip through the treetops for a
bird's eye view of the Park's natural wonders as adrenaline pumps through their
veins. Take off from any of the 11 Zip-line Towers, discover two Hanging
Bridges and end your trip with a refreshing drop into a beautiful, deep, natural
sinkhole. You hang 131 feet above the ground at the highest point on the trip
and plunge up to 30 feet underground in the caves and grottoes along the way!
The Park has the most modern equipment and materials and the best qualified
staff to guaranty our visitors' safety at all times.

d) Stalactite River
Here's where Xplorers enter into a subterranean paradise, floating along in life jackets

V. - CULTURAL TOURS
CHICHEN ITZA TOUR
Early in the morning our tour guide and driver will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel.
Chichen Itza is the most famous of the Mayan archaeological sites
and is situated 205 km to the west of Cancun in the centre of the
Yucatan Peninsula. In Maya, its name means "well of the Itza
family" which refers to the sacrificial well that can be seen here.
The city was founded in 445 BC but did not really develop until
900 AD. In Chichen Itza, the Mayans and Toltecs constructed
many great buildings of which the most famous is the central
pyramid, El Castillo. Travelling time is about two and a half hours
to three hours to arrive at the site. There is then a guided visit
lasting just over an hour after which you will have some time at
leisure to explore the central pyramid, walk amongst the buildings
and do some shopping. Lunch will be at the restaurant of the local
Mayaland hotel before we continue to a cenote (sink hole) located
close to the archeological site, called Suytun, for a refresh swim. We return to Cancun right afterwards, arriving back
at your hotel in the late afternoon.

TULUM EXPEDITION
Just one hour and 45 minutes south of Cancun lies Tulum, an
important Mayan archaeological site and the only one that sits
right on the coast overlooking the turquoise Caribbean waters.
Tulum is one of the most representative Mayan ruins of the
Riviera Maya. By the time the Toltecs had annexed the Maya
lands to their vast territories; Tulum was a thriving merchant
port and remained so until the Spanish arrived in 1518. The city
reached its splendor in around 1200 AD and was a characteristic
example of the Maya late Post-Classic era. ''Tulum'' means ''wall,
trench or fence'' in the Maya language. The conquerors were
amazed by the beauty, size and strength of this ancient fortress
built on a cliff, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean below. At the time it was built, the Maya
sculpting in stone art had degraded to a large extent. What was lost in intricate decoration and grandiose
architecture, however, is made up for by the beauty of the location.
It is an excellent site to see as it gives visitors an introduction to the Mayan civilization. This one hour tour takes
you on a trip to explore the roots of the Mayans. .

I. - JUNGLE TOURS

Our excursion begins with pick up at the lobby of each hotel, once all our guests are onboard; our journey
begins towards the community of Central Vallarta, where our park is located, just 40 Minutes away from Cancun
or Playa del Carmen.
Upon arrival, all guests are greeted at the “Casa Zatara”; this unique “palapa” offers W/C, restaurant, bar,
lockers in a beautiful jungle ambiance. Our first activity will be the “Extemo Canopy Tour”. In order to do this our
staff will equip each guest with harnesses, security pulleys, helmets and gloves, our personnel will be in charge
that all equipment is properly fitted.
This Extreme Canopy Tour is set upon our “EXTREMO” circuit, zip lining on 12
cables faster and in the middle of the jungle. Since security is a fundamental

The mystical world of ancient tribes is revisited through this theme where
one steps through time and through regions to find a jungle and the
beautiful artifacts that can be found in its mist – a pyramid or an inspiring

walls and carvings are all witnesses to that time where the work was simpler
but knowledge was being born. Palm trees, a cave, a jungle or a sunset

ALEBRIJES THEME NIGHT
In order to imagine the theme based around this night it is important
to understand what an Alebrije is. The whole idea of this night is to
have a fantasy night with lots of colour and create a Mexican fun
night! An alebrije is a brightly-colored Mexican folk art sculpture of
fantastic animal-like creatures. The name alebrije is often used in
reference to the fanciful woodcarvings created by artists in Oaxaca,
Mexico. While most share the bright colors and fanciful subjects
popularized by Linares work, individual artists generally have very
distinctive carving and painting styles.

LEAVING YOUR FOOTSTEPS IN CANCUN- COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS

Mexico is a beautiful country but has basic requirements that need to be covered. Destination Mexico is closely
working with the Government, rural schools and orphanages. Companies with a social profile enjoy day time
activities that involve interacting with children in their normal environment. Several communities in the Mayan
Region would appreciate your collaboration.
This program’s main idea is to create consciousness and ultimately generate an impact in these children´s lives to
improve the quality of their lives. Whereas not every Company might be able to do it, we have found that this
type of activity and giving back is tremendously rewarding and emotional for participants.
The program aims to integrate teams, achieve goals and encourage teamwork while focusing in helping the local
community by reforesting, painting fences and walls or fixing classroom furniture of a school with low resources
or donating food to people in need.
Following please find one example out of the many projects we have been able to see come to fruition through
the kindness of sponsoring companies we have had the privilege to work with:
SCAVENGER HUNT/ BUILD YOUR OWN BIKE
This activity's goal is to build-up a bicycle, decorate it and donate it to children from a local orphanage. Your
abilities to work as a team will be crucial to achieve your goal, in a creative and precise way.
Participants are divided into teams, each with a different color. Our staff delivers a bag to each team containing
a mat and a marker, five envelopes with instructions and five pencils (one of each per couple), and just ONE
instant camera per TEAM which will have to be shared by the team's couples to complete the tasks required.
Guests are asked to write down their team's name on the mat with the marker and place it in the center of your
table. It is very important that everybody ALWAYS remember their team's name!

When all tasks have been achieved, each couple will be able to get a part of the bike and teams will then have
to get together to assemble and decorate the bicycle. Creativity will be greatly considered and marked-up
accordingly. Remember that time is precious and that points will be discounted for each and every
unaccomplished task.
A team of bilingual animators will supervise the construction and collaborate with the teams (without getting
directly involved with the project itself) and will only offer suggestions and attend all teams in general. After the
activity, the bicycles will be donated to a local institution for kids who live far from their schools.
TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES:

ISLA MUJERES RALLY
Participants will be taken downtown Isla Mujeres on a big catamaran. On the boat, participants will be provided
with all the information for the Rally in Isla Mujeres.
Upon arrival downtown, participants will be looking for the first
clue placed on the beach where they will get off the boat. They
will then go where the golf carts are located and start decorating
them. The decoration material will be located in the back of the
golf carts. Golf carts will also have the necessary first aid kit that
they will eventually have to use at the last checkpoint. Golf Carts
will have a large map of the Island and will be equipped with
everything they might need during the rally (water, pens, tape,
red highlighter, balloons etc).
The participants will be given at each checkpoint one envelope
with clues and questions that will have to be answered and
handed out to the judges on the next checkpoint. The check
points will be distributed in different areas of the Island and at each checkpoint judges will give clues to
participants on how to find a following checkpoint.
It is not consider which team is the faster but the one who does the activity the best way and to complete the all
route correctly as well as the questionnaire that will have to be filled out. Of course, the speed will be taken into
consideration as well.
It is a really funny activity on a beautiful Island!

THE KNIGHTS OF THE LOST CORK
The activity consists of a journey through the “Wine World” accompanied by wine tasting and entertaining
challenges where the main goal is to win the “Golden Cork”.
Imagine a wine “trader” at New York Stock Exchange where negotiating is the “key”. Teams create their wine,
brand, and their own label for the bottle stating on it all the characteristics that make, both the team and the
product, “unique”.
Teams will have to face international challenges such as the Australian “Corkapult” or the French “Cork of
Triumph”. Members will watch their partners achieve their goals and emerge with a solid knowledge of wine,
which they will never forget.

GRAND PRIX F1
Each team (from 8 to 10 people) must have a clear target, to have the biggest amount of utilities during the
season.
Teams will participate in several competitions to get rewards (play money) winning prizes to the: best design,
best original picture, best advertising, and the main reward the Grand Prix
Each team will receive an initial kit with material and play money for their purchases. They will have a specialized
shop that sells the “auto parts” (technical assistance, brochures, paper, axis, tires, etc)
The Grand Prix is a relay race where cars turn on a circuit carrying a water tank, to complete the round they need
to fill the water tank with their number, return to the Pits and change drivers and engine. The first team that fills
their tank wins the race.
In each round, participants shall exchange helmet and jumpsuit (mandatory safety measurements).
Once the race is finished it will be a debriefing to discuss, play money must be counted from each team and will
be awarded with 3 champagne bottles for the winners.

MATCH
Teams must compete between each other in different challenges like: creativity, skills and team
work. Each team will receive a check list where they should mark each point gained in each test.
The team with the highest score wins. The game is played in tribes of 10 people they must
complete each challenge to gain points.
Each team will randomly pick a list supply. Lists will be different for each team. Team members
must collect their own supplies and build their own boat to cross the pool altogether.
Once they arrived to the other side of the pool, they will find new supplies, which must be
combined with those of their own boat to build the highest tower. The team with the highest tower
wins.
Variant: The activity may skip boat building. Instead, inflatable boats will be provided and teams
will use them to move the supplies for tower building across the pool. In such case, team members
will be knot from the waist and the slowest team member will give speed to the team.
Teams will receive instructions to assemble an aerostatic balloon. Each balloon will be filled with a
welding torch; each team should decide in which moment stop filling the balloon and set it free.

TREASURE HUNT
At the beginning of the activity, the group will find the chest with a treasure. The only problem, is
that there is no way to open it without destroying its content, unless you find the key.
The group is divided in small teams. Each team will receive a map and clues to find the treasure
key. Some clues can only be obtained when the group finishes a challenge, others are presented as
riddles and basic skills tests.
Teams will notice that the only way to open the chest is by team work. Each team has one part of
the answer. Everyone wins! Once all the teams have their clues and maps, the group can open the
treasure. Because every one has contributed to the hunt, each member gets a part of the treasure.
It can be a symbol, or a souvenir from the seminar/ convention/ event, a logo t-shirt, a medal, or

Whether or not you’re at home on the fairway, this is a great team building event that lets
everyone get involved in a meaningful way. Your group is divided into teams, each of which will be
responsible for designing and building several golf holes.
The idea here is to make each hole fun, challenging and conceptual – in many ways the overall
approach is closer to miniature golf. We provide a rich assortment of tubes, pipes, boxes, lumber

BALANCE LIVE BAND
Balance is a nine member musical band, with instruments ranging from horn section (trombone,
trumpet, tenor and alto sax and flute) to rhythm sections (keyboards, drums and Latin percussion).
With a male vocalist and a female vocalist, Balance´s repertoire is suitable to entertain special
occasions such as incentive programs, conventions or accompany your dinner. The repertoire also
includes international music in English, Spanish and Portuguese as well as Latin rhythms with a
very unique touch once their members are from different nationalities: 3 Mexican, 3 Cuban, 2
Argentinian and 1 Colombian.

Every set is 45 minutes of effective music by 15 minutes break.
Technical requirements:
 Electrical plug with 110 Volts and 50 Amperes (exclusive for the band and no more than
20mts away from the stage).
 15x24 ft. Stage (in extraordinary case a solid, flat level surface same dimensions, never
over grass, sand or dirty).
 Some room to store instrument cases, personal belongings and to stay during breaks.
 Bottled water.
COYOTE BAND
Coyote band was formed in the 90´s by Paco Vidales with the help of well-known and experienced
Mexican musicians. The main goal was offering a fresh and high quality Band in order to satisfy the
most demanding events and conventions markets in Cancun.
Coyote Band is a versatile and fun Band that can perfectly be adapted to the taste of locals and
foreigners.

Tequila band is a band of 7 elements (bass/vocals; guitar/vocals; trumpet; sax/keyboards; female
vocalist; drums; percussions) that can perform any kind of music for a variety of audiences. Their
repertoire includes themes from the 50´s, 60´s, 70´s, 80´s, 90´s, and 00´s as well as Reggae and
Caribbean music. Tequila Band has been performing for 33 years and the last 25 in Cancun at
conventions, private parties, events, weddings, graduations, etc.
The group has several outfits that go from the Caribbean style, to the tuxedo in different colors.
They also offer professional sound and lighting equipment for parties up to 5000 guests. During the
events the band offers amenities such as balloons, Hawaiian leis, maracas, etc. with which they
organize different activities such as the Macarena, the Limbo, the Brazilian batucada, etc.

THE WATERMELON BOYS
The Watermelon Boys Steelband is a very contemporary ensemble, which features the celestial
sound of the steel drums, (the sound of the Caribbean), led by master steel drum player, Bryan
Parris.
The group also includes steel drums, congas/percussion and saxophone, held together by a solid,
sequencer based and rhythm section. Since 1998, they have specialized in performing at corporate
events, not just here in the Mexican Caribbean, but just about anywhere in Mexico that these types
of functions take place.
Their sound can be described, as “contemporary Caribbean roots music” and they tend to cover a
fairly wide spectrum of moods and musical styles. They´re just as comfortable doing cocktails, or
dinner sets, as well as parties or concert style performances. The music is purely instrumental,
sometimes with jazzy undertones and they occasionally use additional musicians(vocals or other
instruments), which (naturally) expand available options.

The Destination Mexico coordinators will cover the Hospitality Desk throughout the stay for a
maximum of eight hours per day. Our professional staff is capable of catering to the needs of your
guests as well as coordinating special requests they might have.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

90% of total contracted services must be paid 20 days before arrival of the group.
Any deposits required by vendors before will be duly notified to you with enough
anticipation.
Balance including additional charges incurred during the operation of the program to be
paid 15 days after presentation of our final invoice.
Payment is required by direct transfer wire to our bank account.
COMMENTS

1) All prices quoted here are valid for 2014. These costs include all applicable taxes. Throughout
the course of the year, some rates may change, and we reserve the right to adjust our prices
accordingly; however, we will endeavour to keep costs as low as possible. The government tax,
IVA, is 16% at this time and subject to change without previous notice. Please bear in mind that
2015 prices are usually released around November or December each year, so we will update the
rates then. In the meantime, you can consider approximately 10% increase for budgeting
purposes.
2) Our prices do not include a provision for tour directors from your company.
3) Tips to guides, drivers and boat crews are included only where indicated and are mandatory.
4) There is no provision made here for a Site Inspection trip should one be considered. Our normal
policy is that if the business has been confirmed to us beforehand we will negotiate complimentary
or discounted services as far as possible and only charge what is absolutely necessary to the client.
However, if the business has not been confirmed beforehand, we will charge in full and then credit
back whatever is possible against the final invoice of the group.
