I incorporate the Theory of Multiple Intelligences as the
foundation of my classroom philosophy. This theory
states that each of us possess at least eight intelligences
that characterize the way we learn. They are spatial,
linguistic, logical-mathematical, interpersonal,
intrapersonal, musical, bodily/kinesthetic, and
naturalist. Utilizing this theory as an instructional
approach increases retention, thereby, producing
optimum academic success for our students. My goal is
to create a school environment that focuses on the
following premise: All children can learn and all are
gifted.

Please send a water bottle to school with your
child.
This will help lessen their need to leave the classroom to
get a drink during instruction.
 The bottle should be one with a pull top that can be
opened and closed with ease.

Students are asked to NOT use the restroom during class
time unless it is an emergency. Please let me know if your
child has any issues that would require them to use the
restroom regularly during class time. Otherwise, please

When the students are asked to sit for an
extended period, we take brain breaks. This
typically includes using the website
GONOODLE.COM
Students can create their own Gonoodle
account at home. It’s free, engaging, and fun 
