This facility should function in accordance with the Practice Accreditation programme (PAP), HPCSA and SASP Ethical Principles, Clinical Standards and Guidelines. 22 Standard 2: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) The operations of the physiotherapy facility comply with the Accreditation Program, Clinical Standards and Guidelines endorsed by the SASP, HPCSA Ethical Principles and all other relevant legislation. There is an integrated approach to ensure that all processes within the physiotherapy facility work together towards achieving the practice's mission and objectives. 23 Standard 3: Human Resources Through their skills, knowledge and actions, staff play a pivotal role in achieving the practice objectives. We asked Hi-tech for possible help, an awesome initiative was implemented. An ultrasound machine was donated which was raffled at R100-00 per ticket and all proceeds would go to the students in need. 105 tickets sold. 2 students help.
