Sleep schedule and nutrition habits were not a challenge for me. I usually go to bed at 8:30-9:30 no matter how much homework I have. I have more sleeps than anyone around me that I know. My dad is a vegetarian and we love the food that my mom cooks for us. Having enough vegetable and fruits is certainly not a challenge for me because I could not live without more than 5 vegetable/ fruits a day. I found that physical activities and tech time would be some challenging progress. I personally think that it is impossible to have 1 hour or less of tech time because, our average time for homework for 7 th graders is around 2 hours, that’s more than 1 hour. We mostly have all of our homework in our laptop so it is impossible. I’m trying to work on my self getting things don faster .I do not of physical activities every single day, so I tried to jump on our treadmill and do some workout to balance it out. My best friend is my phone so I just listen to music while exercising. Although My phone is my best friend I still have real life friends such as Nancy, Vicky and Dana who lives around me. I would go ask them to come with me, you always need some one to be with you while exercising and that’s certainly true.

While filling in the wellness calendar everyday I set a goal for my self to try to space out some time and do some exercise. As I have said that I don’t do exercises every single day My mom and dad bought a treadmill for our family but

I have never used it before. While filling out the calendar ,I tried to jump on the treadmill for about 15min when ever there’s no plan fro exercising. Some times I would try to use a workout app on my phone that I have never used before.

Another goal was to use my time wisely and use technology as less as possible.

That would be the most difficult task for me and I tried doing my home work as fast as possible.

While trying to accomplish the goal I went through a few difficulties.

When my mom and dad were using the treadmill I didn’t get time to go on there.

My pone was running out of batteries. I decided to wait but I was feeling really sleepy. What I did was I told my dad if I could go on first. I did and went on for

15min. I was so tired that I literally fell on the treadmill. Another difficulties that

I faced were technology time. I could not finish all of my homework because the

Wi-Fi was so bad. I had to do more than what I’m expected to do.

One of the most difficult fun activities during class that were enjoyable was the bicycle ride. I could try to go out with Dana and have a bike when it gets warmer. I love biking during the summer and especially when it could be good for me. The second one would be yoga. I love yoga when I was small. I would usually do hot yoga with my mom and dad. But my mom and dad do not do it that often so obviously no ones going to take me there. Once in a while my mom and me would do it at home. The treadmill and the weight room was pretty fun too. I love when you go in to the weight room and explore different kinds of working physical machines. It was really fun going in there and I could go with my friends during the weekends.

I wish I could continue on with time, type of exercise and tech. The others

I don’t worry about. In the future I would try to do at least 15 minutes of exercise a day to keep me healthy. In the future I would try to use my time wisely in homework and use the laptop as less as possible. I would try to use not play games or watch things on my computer and try to do some outside activities with my friends.

My two short term and long term goals were really curtained a few years ago. I decided not to change them because they lead to a wellness and healthy body for my self. The two for short term were specific, time sensitive. The two long-term goals were slightly similar because being attainable, measurable and time sensitive would have the same meaning behind. To achieve a lifetime wellness means that not having any stress about anything, having a healthy body and your weight is balanced. It would take a lifetime to achieve this because you never know what is going to happen next. Having your parents and your neighbors to remind you is a great idea of staying wellness. Or like what Ms. Fitz did, having us fill out a calendar would be a great way to keep tract of what you did or did not do every single day.. It will affect us a lot because having a healthy body is certainly the most important thing.
