CLASS TUITION INFO 2015-16
We have a new registration system at Ovation this year!
When you register, you are now registered for the entire school year 2015-16.
We follow the Manatee County School Calendar.
Our session begins 8/31, 2015 and ends 6/4, 2016!
The Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter School Holidays are excluded.
There are are 3 payment options:
1) Pay Annual tuition in Full (10% added to discount)
2) ½ Tuition on Aug.31 and second ½ on Jan. 4th. (5% added to discount)
3) 9 Monthly payments due on the 1st of each month.
Ovation now has a new set tuition system that is based on the number of hours
the student is studying. There are automatic discounts the more hours the
student takes. Late registrations are prorated.
Ovation can set up automatic payments for your convenience.
There is a $5 late fee for each registered class for payments made after the 5th
and a $10 late fee for each registered class for payments after the15th.
*When you register for classes you are agreeing to participate in the ENTIRE
session. We ask that students give 1 month notice if they must leave the
program mid session. There will be a $50 early release fee.
All Fees are Non-refundable
Other fees at Ovation:
There is a $25 registration fee for new students only and a $35 registration fee
for new families. If you are already a student at Ovation you do not have to pay
a registration fee.
Private lessons are $30 for 30 minutes and $60 for 60 minutes. These are to be
paid BEFORE the lesson and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, otherwise
you will be charged in full.
If students wish to participate in the Holiday Revue you must sign up. There is
a $50 performance fee, but the costumes will be provided.
If students wish to participate in the End of Year Showcase there is a $25
performance fee and the student’s parents must buy the costumes.
Tickets to the Ovation performances will be $15 for adults and $10 for
students.
