MISSION
To actively support our Job Seekers to participate in the community by addressing social
barriers, developing workplace skills and assisting them to secure and maintain sustainable
employment.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Manage the day to day operations of the RTO and ensure appropriate planning and resource
allocation to meet customer needs. Work as part of the SST management team to ensure the
RTO meets all regulatory obligations.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential
 Demonstrated organisational skills
 Demonstrated people management experience
 Demonstrated ability to review and implement processes improvements
 Demonstrated customer service skills
 Strong Computer skills
 Strong Communication skills
Desirable
 Experience in working in the Vocational Education and Training Sector
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
 Undergraduate degree in business or related field
Desirable
 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)
