The Three O’clock Prayer
You expired Jesus, but the
source of life gushed forth for
souls and an ocean of mercy
opened up for the whole
world.
O
fountain
of
life,
unfathomable Divine Mercy,
envelop the whole world and
empty Yourself out upon us.
O Blood and water which
gushed forth from the Heart of
Jesus as a fount of mercy for
us, I trust in You. (x3)
1
Divine Mercy Chaplet Prayers
Eternal Father, I offer You the
Body and Blood, Soul and
Divinity of Your dearly Beloved
Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in
atonement for our sins and
those of the whole world.
For the sake of His sorrowful
Passion, have mercy on us and
on the whole world.
Concluding Prayer
Holy God, Holy Mighty One,
Holy Immortal One, have
mercy on us and on the whole
world. (x3)

Milestone 12 – Serra International Vision 2017
“Serra International should be firmly
established in the mindset of the
clergy and the Church’s hierarchy as
the faithful and dependable vocation
arm of the Catholic Church with
regard to promoting and fostering
Priestly vocations and encouraging
and affirming religious vocations.”
41
State of Serra

Vision 2017
“If Serrans are what they should be,
they will set the world on fire”.
44
State of Serra
Vision 2017
Prayer must be the foundation
of our apostolate.
45
“In your work for the promotion of vocations you are
collaborators in the divine plan for the salvation of mankind
through the growth of the Church. As we reflect on this vital and
challenging mission, it is helpful to consider the nature of the
'work' of promoting vocations in the Church. Of course we think
of the many and varied programs, initiatives and activities that
Serra Clubs sponsor to promote vocations, but we must also
remember that the primary, and necessary, 'work' of Serrans is
to pray for vocations. It is this 'work' of prayer which must
underlie, direct, sustain and support all of Serra's other, many
and varied activities to promote vocations.”
His Eminence, Justin Cardinal Rigali
46
“It is through the Eucharist that we are empowered to pray
and work for vocations in the Church, trusting not so much in
ourselves and our efforts, but in the loving Providence of God
to provide for His Church in response to our prayers, offered in
a spirit of humble faith and with an attitude of trust...”
His Eminence, Justin Cardinal Rigali
