World Geography B www.AdvancedAcademics.com Course Description World Geography B is the second course in a two-semester series that examines a broad range of geographical perspectives. Students will study each region using a similar structure in order to analyze the similarities and differences between each region. Students will understand the meaning of geography through in-depth exploration of Eastern Europe and Russia, East Asia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific cultures, Africa, and India and the Middle East. The themes of geography (location, place, human-environmental interaction, movement, and region) will guide the exploration of each region.
