Federal and state regulations require that Harper College establish and implement a policy to measure the academic progress of degree-seeking students who are applying for financial assistance. Students must demonstrate financial need by applying for aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Awards range from $400 to $4,050 per year. In order to receive a Federal Pell Grant students must be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens. Students must apply for the Federal Pell Grant every year.
