Author(s). (Year of Publication). Title (first letter of first word capitalized). City and
State or Province of publication: Publishing company.
 Initial only of first name of author.
 Capitalize the first word ONLY of the title.
 Capitalize all proper nouns.

Article in a Multivolume Book (World War I encyclopedia set)
