COMMENT AND FEEDBACK FROM PARTICIPANTS A. Call for proposal and fellow selection It should be clearly defined entrance age (Mr Hoanh_IWMI); Priority should be given to students who have working experience in the related field especially is working at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (Mr Hoanh_IWMI); Working group skill should be considered. (Mr Hoanh_IWMI); There is a commitment of the participants in the process of implementation and after project completion (Mrs Tung Hoa_WRU). B. Activities of project – – – – – – – Topic: It is necessary to have a conference/workshop/writeshop with the participation of experts in order to orient students build research topic (Mrs Tung Hoa_WRU); There should be one topic on "The Impact of the flow system in the Red River for Bac Hung Hai. Solutions and recommendations” (Mr.Thai_BHH Irrigation company); Do not just focus on institutional management of water resources, which need to pay attention to issues relating to the execution and implementation of laws, policies (Mr Hoanh_IWMI); There should be one topic of “Water transboundary” (Mr Carl_MK31); Need to focus not only “% Gender participant” but also “Gender issues in water resources management” (Mr Hoanh_IWMI); International law should be a priority topic or not. What is the main criteria for topic choosing (Mr.Thai_BHH Irrigation company); Research topic need to have 2 levels: Community level and National & Mutilnational level (Mr Hoanh_IWMI). Research methodology: PARTNER CONSORTIUM: Necessarily have workshop/writeshop to guide the fellows how to write article, journals, webstorie, etc (Mr Thuan_IWDP, Mr Hoanh_IWMI) C. Partners To coordinate with CTIC (A center under VAWR) to have the research guide class (Mr Hoanh_IWMI); Strong linkages with the project's three remaining basins (Mr Carl_MK31); Should have a Chinese Institute to coordinate (Mr Hoanh_IWMI). 4. CONCLUSION Representative for the group project, Mr Nguyen Tung Phong (Deputy Director of VAWR) has committed to implement the project in accordance with the content in project proposal. Besides, the members of the project review and analyze all the comments & feedback from the participants, from which to make adjustments during implementation to achieve better results.
