Sir Michael Caine, CBE (born Maurice Joseph Micklewhite on 14 March 1933) is an English actor and author.
Renowned for his distinctive Cockney accent, Caine has appeared in over one hundred films and is one of
Britain's most recognisable actors.
He made his breakthrough in the 1960s with starring roles in a number of British films, including Zulu (1964), The
Ipcress File (1965),Alfie (1966), The Italian Job (1969), and Battle of Britain (1969). His most notable roles in the
1970s included Get Carter (1971), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), and A Bridge Too Far (1978). He
achieved critical success in the 1980s, with Educating Rita (1983) earning him the BAFTA and Golden Globe
Award for Best Actor. In 1986 he received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance
in Hannah and Her Sisters.

Which modern or historical leaders do you
admire the least? Why?
Nowadays anyone can be a leader in fashion,
because each piece of clothing the price is low,
everyone can afford to buy and doing all sorts
of combinations, but not the quality of the
previous years when it was very expensive and
had good quality.
What makes a great leader? Write down a list
of characteristics.
Good leaders make people feel that they're at the
very heart of things, not at the periphery.
Everyone feels that he or she makes a
difference to the success of the organization.
When that happens people feel centered and
that gives their work meaning.
Are there differences between men and women as
leaders? Why have most great leaders been men?
In our country there is differences between men
and women leaders, because I think men are
more capable in their activities. But woman
too are capable to do all the things for good
leader.
Are people who were leaders at school more
likely to be leaders later in life?
Certainly think that they can continue to be
leaders because if you are young and have
the knowledge and are capable of the job to
perform. Not everyone able to be a leader
why no such knowledge and those feelings to
be leaders of some business affairs.

Kamprad has lived in Epalinges, Switzerland, since 1976.
According to an interview with TSR, the French-language
Swiss TV broadcaster, Kamprad drives a 1993 Volvo 240,
flies only economy class, and encourages IKEA employees
always to write on both sides of a piece of paper. He
reportedly recycles tea bags and is known to pocket the
salt and pepper packets at restaurants." In addition,
Kamprad has been known to visit IKEA for a "cheap meal".
