Nowadays anyone can be a leader in fashion, because each piece of clothing the price is low, everyone can afford to buy and doing all sorts of combinations, but not the quality of the previous years when it was very expensive and had good quality. What makes a great leader? Write down a list of characteristics. Good leaders make people feel that they're at the very heart of things, not at the periphery. Everyone feels that he or she makes a difference to the success of the organization. When that happens people feel centered and that gives their work meaning. Are there differences between men and women as leaders? Why have most great leaders been men? In our country there is differences between men and women leaders, because I think men are more capable in their activities. But woman too are capable to do all the things for good leader. Are people who were leaders at school more likely to be leaders later in life? Certainly think that they can continue to be leaders because if you are young and have the knowledge and are capable of the job to perform.
