JOY FM Mission Trip to Quito, Ecuador
Dates: July 7 – July 14 2012
Ministry Partner: HCJB Global (International ministry that uses media and healthcare
ministries around the world
Scope of the Mission Trip: Our focus will be on serving. We will look for opportunities to
serve the country staff of HCJB and their ministry partners in the community (orphanages,
churches, etc). Specific projects have not yet been finalized but may range from maintenance
work at the HCJB studios, painting, light construction at church and orphanage projects,
vacation bible school and cleaning. You will be exposed to the work of an international
ministry, the culture and poverty in Ecuador and daily opportunities to serve and develop
relationships (missionaries, pastors, children, team members, etc)
Cost: $2300 pp. (May be additional fee if you wish to have a private room.)
Payment:
$150 non-refundable deposit due by Feb. 17 (or before trip has filled)
$1050 due by April 1
$1100 due by May 15
(50% returned 31 days or more before trip. 0% returned 30 days or less before trip)
Included in cost: round-trip airfare St. Louis / Ecuador, lodging, all meals, travel within
Ecuador, tips, translators, guides, administrative costs, t-shirt, luggage fees.
Not included in cost: Passport (required), Immunizations (not required), Snacks, Health
insurance / traveler’s insurance (must have at least one).

deposit are received). Application and references required. You will receive an email
