to do for the year
b. SRG- meeting yesterday, making Constitution, planning Halloween event, health
stations with fruit etc.
c. ThoLaRu- meeting last night, fall festival possibly Nov. 3, Meet and Greet Oct 23
d. RoCCC- first meeting tomorrow, talking about first event, deciding chair
positions, what does the VP do?
e. RSAC- working on Constitution, adding PR chair, talked to Jim Tweedy about
benches by the courts, caramel apple event by the benches, apple picking with
CRAB and ICE
f. C4- first meeting tomorrow, Halloween events- floor decoration competitionpizza party, Halloween dance with the Honors kids
g. DCC- Floor decorating contest w/ pizza party, pumpkin painting contest,
Octoberfest
h. GRCCC- GRR the lion as mascot, different events coming, social gathering with
hot chocolate and movies, next meeting tonight
i. GRAB- meetings have been planned, homecoming tye dye tomorrow CALTOR at
5 in the commons, fall themed snack table, Crabtoberfest on 10/30, reverse trick
or treating

i. DCC with OktoberFest
1. Sunday October 27 1-5pm
2. Goals: socialization, spirit, morale booster, safe weekend, its fun!
3. Food: sugar cookies, frosting, candy, 25 boxes of Pat’s pizza,
plates and napkins, healthy station
4. Drinks: 2 root beer kegs, apple cider, cups
5. Activities: corn hole, Kan Jam, ladder ball, mummify your RA, DJ
with music
6. Pumpkin decorating: Sat. 10/26- large pumpkins, paint,
paintbrushes, candy corn, paper goods, pizza party
7. Inflatables: jousting, delivery/insurance, generator (Fantasy World)
8. Prizes: raffle, necklaces, pinks, buttons, etc.

1. Rain date, look more into DJs, inflatable options
