This workshop is primarily based on the Microsoft Office Project 2010 which will help you to create and
manage single project. This workshop will give you the brief overview of Project Management based on
PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK 2012) and its processes’ implementation using
Microsoft Project 2010.

After understanding Clint’s requirements, and a correspondence with business person to confirm, AUC
Technologies has drafted the workshop outline based on PMI standard and Microsoft Project Tool
Project 2010, for Client perusal.
3. About PMI
Project Management Institute (PMI®) was established in 1969 with six members. PMI® is the most
respected and recognized management standards institute in the world.
Today PMI’s membership surpasses 500,000 in over 180 countries. PMI is comprised of over 247 charter
chapters and 30 Community of Practices (COP).
The main goal of PMI is to provide standards to the project management world.
One of their significant accomplishments has been creating and publishing the project management
standard document.
PMBOK® is a globally recognized standard text for managing projects in today’s world.

AUC Technologies was selected by Microsoft Pakistan to train and mentor industry professionals to
utilize Microsoft Web technologies in Effective manner and more than 100 industry professionals were
trained in three major cities of Pakistan.
AUC Technologies collaborated with Project Management Institute Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad
Chapters to promote Project Management and Project Management Office awareness campaigns and
conducted nine workshops in three major cities of Pakistan three in each city.
Microsoft Innovation Centre Pakistan is now working with AUC Technologies to promote creativity and

Microsoft Innovation Centre Pakistan and AUC Technologies are also jointly working to foster creativity

AUC Technologies was selected by one of leading group of companies Jaffer Brothers to Consult, Mentor
and train about managing internal organization and a major five year program is running where group is
transitioning from Functional organization to Project base organization.
Pakistan Suzuki Motors selected AUC Technologies as one of their prime vendor to conduct a cross
departmental training program for the awareness and implementation of Project Management.
New Horizon Exploration and Production limited worked with AUC Technologies to manage its major
exploration projects planning.
AUC Technologies worked with one of the global leader in financial sector, Fidelity Information services
to set up its PMO for National Bank Core Banking Program.
AUC services were rendered by Inbox Business Technologies to setup the PMO for the Oracle biggest
ERP implementation in Pakistan Army.
Later Pakistan Army PMO for ERP Program was setup by AUC.
Kalia Group of Companies Software House KalSoft utilized AUC Technologies consulting and training to
setup its PMO.
AUC Technologies worked in collaboration with New Horizon Pakistan to market technical and Project
Management related workshops and conducted more than 20 events together.
AUC Technologies provided Microsoft Technology training to Unilever Pakistan through its training
Partner New Horizon Pakistan.

AUC Technologies provided an in house training of Project Management tools and techniques to
Unilever Pakistan through its training Partner New Horizon Pakistan.
AUC Technologies provided an in house training of Business Process Management utilizing IBM Business
Modeler Sui Northern Gas Private Limited.
AUC Technologies provided an in house training of IBM Web Sphere Portal for development and
deployment of forty four ministries web presence to Electronic Government of Directorate a Federal IT
Ministry Office.
AUC Technologies provided Network Administration and Installation training to Sur Construction, Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia through Tradesmen.
AUC Technologies provided Project Management consultancy and training to Fidelity Partner in Malaysia
to manage the Core Banking Implementations.
AUC Technologies worked with Baglaf Al Zafir Engineering Company UAE to train its Technical Staff on
Basic Networking and IT Management team on Project Management.
AUC was contracted by Fidelity Information Services Hong Kong to train in customized project
methodology for handling Core Banking Project.
AUC Technologies is now working on proposal to transform Pakistan Petroleum Limited organization
from functional to Projectile by deploying central PMO.

8. AUC Technologies Trainers
AUC Technologies has both fulltime and assignment base trainers which gives an edge, AUC
Technologies to other training vendors where we have both knowledge and experience of subject.
AUC Technologies conducts training with only certified trainers of specific subject which helps
participants to achieve world renowned certificates after the course.
AUC Technologies Trainers also have vendor Trainer certifications like Microsoft Certified trainer or SDI
Certified Facilitators.
AUC Technologies encourage and sends his trainers on international conference and seminars to have
global exposure.
AUC Technologies trainers also received multiple awards from vendors like Microsoft on supporting
community through their training efforts.
Some of AUC Technologies trainers have more than 10 international certifications.
9. Workshop Duration
Project Management with Case Study Workshop is of 14 Hours/2 days
10. Training Investment
AUC Technologies will charge 100,000 PKR per day (exclusive of taxes) for the workshop for
maximum 15 Participants.
11. Contractual Obligations




The Client will provide the list of people attending the workshop to AUC Technologies
AUC Technologies will provide the Instructor/Consultant for the Course
AUC Technologies will provide the workshop material
The Client will arrange the venue for the training(s)
