SCOPE OF WORK:
Track work, Testing and commissioning, Mechanical,
Electrical and Instrument, Exothermic welding, Civil, Building, Erection
and Fabrication of Piping, Steel Structure, Painting and Insulations,
Scaffolding, Fire proofing, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Issued & Monitor the Permit to work system
 Conduct HSE Induction to all news Employees.
 Ensure that all construction activates are carried out in a safe
manner and according to the company HSE Policy, statutory
regulations and guidelines.
 Ensure that all construction safety systems and equipment’s are in
place, fully operational and correctly services. (Firefighting systems,
Confined space Rescue systems, Signs etc.)
 Monitor approved testing and commissioning plans in accordance
with project guidelines.
 Facilitate in smooth testing and commissioning of the project by
Coordination between T&C department and contractors.
 Prepared training presentations and conduct internal HSE trainings
at all level of staff.
 Inspection and Prepared the Accident/Incident reports
 Periodic checking of all mechanical, civil, Electrical,
Instrumentation tools and equipment’s.
 At site communicating with all levels of work force to danger their
issues related to HSE.
 Daily site inspection to identify hazards and recommended
appropriate action.
 Conducts safety meetings with PMC, Contractors and main Client
and evaluate the safety aspects of proposed activities

massive earthwork, concrete, Lifting, Roads, slope protection and paving.
