management.Managed entire project including resources, design & implementation, schedules, budgets
and technical/project documentation.
» Integrated Salesforce.com’s support case module with the community site, a new feature, using Salesforce
APIs that enabled faster processing of IT support tickets.
» Developed a HIPAA 5010 encounter solution for TMG for encounter generation and submission to
