3 squares of Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate (the larger squares from the 8 oz. bar)
1/2 cup Fiber One cereal
Directions
Melt chocolate in microwave on High 30 seconds at a time until melted.
Mix in cereal and stir until all cereal is coated.
Scoop 4 servings onto wax paper and put in refrigerator until cooled.
Yummy!

Ingredients
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup shredded coconut
4 oz applesauce
2 1/2 tbsp flaxseed
1/4 cup honey
1
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 oz chopped pecans
2 oz slivered almonds.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Lightly grease one 9x13 inch pan.
In a large mixing bowl combine the oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, applesauce, flaxseed, honey and brown sugar. Stir in
nuts and coconut.
Lightly press mixture into the prepared pan. Bake at 325 F for about 20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into
bars. Let bars cool completely in pan before removing or serving.
Makes 24 bars, serving size is 1 bar.

1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. all natural peanut butter (chunky or regular)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. traditional rolled oats
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1/4 c. dried apricots, chopped or other dried fruit
2 tbsp. coconut (optional)
2 tbsp. raw sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Measure peanut butter, honey, and vanilla into microwave safe measuring cup.
Melt 45 seconds on high, stir.
Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Stir peanut butter mixture into dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Press into
nongreased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10- 15 minutes or until light golden brown.

#4 M&J's Mixed Cereal Bar

3/4 cup Honey
3/4 cup Peanut Butter (Smooth or Chunky work)
1/3 cup Dried Cranberries (or your favorite dried berry)
4 cups Honey Nut Cherrios
4 cups Corn Flakes
Directions
In a large pot combine honey and peanut butter and melt together.
Then add cranberries and cereal and mix well.
Place a sheet of parcment paper on a large cookie sheet or a 9x13 cake pan and spray with cooking spray.
Pour contents onto greased paper and smooth out evenly.
Press down on mixture until it is packed very tightly into pan. Chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
When made in cookie sheet it can be portioned into 24 square bars.

1 box Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
2 cups Fiber One original bran cereal
2 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 egg
Directions
1.
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients with spoon. Onto cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2
inches apart.
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely.
Store in tightly covered container. Freeze up to 2 months if desired.

6C oatmeal
1 1/2 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp melted butter
Directions
preheat oven to 375
mix dry ingredients together
lightly beat the 4 eggs with the vanilla and add to dry mixture, make sure melted butter has had time to cool off and pour
in with dry as well.
Make sure all the dry ingredients are mixed together well (usually have to get my hands in there)
tighly pack about a 1/4 cup for each bar/cookie. (I usually use my hands for this too vs a measuring cup) Bake for about 19
or 20 minutes.
