PROGRAMS FOR YOGA EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS:
YogaEd.com
Provides a comprehensive teaching program to bring yoga into schools. Has equipped
thousands of teachers with valuable skills to share yoga education worldwide. Programs
have reached educational environments in 42 States and 16 Countries. Yoga Ed.
materials have been translated into Chinese, English, Japanese, Spanish, and Swedish to
meet market demand.

Provides school-based programs that are unique whether in parochial, public or home
schools. In educational settings, yoga-mindfulness tools are integrated into learning
process or are free-standing classes, led by staff or students. Yoga-mindfulness tools have
been researched and are effective, in both protocol-based and principle-based formats, at
promoting optimal learning.

exercises, breathing techniques, stress-management, non-violent communication, and
