ABOUT THE PRESENTER – Darcey Trescone, RN, BSN, Simione Healthcare Consultants
Darcey Trescone is skilled in sales and marketing communication, business partnership development,
and effective team building and growth. She has held VP-level positions where her responsibilities
included new and existing market penetration, customer retention, and team oversight. Darcey has
been responsible for the due diligence and strategic direction of company acquisitions and has
demonstrated success in contract negotiations, recruitment and training of sales/marketing teams,
establishment of product and process training curriculum, and process re-engineering strategies.
Darcey received a Bachelor of Science and Nursing from Madonna University in Livonia, MI. Her
experience includes direct nursing services, care coordination, and management of medically fragile
populations within the home care community, including children and adults with developmental and
psychiatric disabilities.
