EXAMPLE Industrial Relations – Enterprise

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Template: New Industrial Agreement.
As part of the due diligence process, HR practitioners will need to advise the CEOs and Council of the
planning, risks, financial implications and progress made in the development of the new Enterprise
Agreement. This information will also need to be summarised for the changeover from CEO to
Interim CEO (and Commissioner) and used as part of their induction.
To support the Enterprise Agreement process, it is recommended that a framework is established to
ensure a consistent approach to managing the process is adopted and that all stakeholders are aware
of the procedures and protocols.
This template can be amended to suit the needs and requirements of the merging partners and their
stakeholders and is a guide only. Please also refer to the Workplace Transition Checklist.
