AE is working on CD’s for the 7th floor build out.

Interior build out continues, casework installation in progress and roof build out has started

Add Service requested from CUH2A submitted for new AHU per BSL3 / 4 comments.

DP has submitted letter to BOR to withdraw request for tepid water eyewash and emergency shower variance

GSFIC is currently reviewing Jones Lang LaSalle request for contract extension from July 2009 to May 2010
Issues

Forty- seven field notices have been issued to date.

CUH2A has submitted draft copy of additional service fees ($200k+). GSFIC is still reviewing.

2010 budget shows $8M bonds to complete Science Park. GSU would like to use these funds to complete the 7 th floor but this is a private area.
Discussions are on going to determine how to fund 7 th floor. BOR to advise GSFIC how and when we can proceed with the allocation of funding

BSL 4 Move downtime is unacceptable. Team to review the need for a possible new BLS4 glove box to avoid down time and potential impact to
certifications, etc.

New decontamination tank is being purchased. It not feasible to relocate existing decontamination tank

Structural support for exhaust fans and boilers are currently being discussed by the team. Estimated cost $200k
