Cecilia Botha is an Investment Officer at Business Partners in Cape Town.
She graduated with a B-Accounting degree from the University of Stellenbosch.
She currently looks after an investment portfolio at Business Partners, consisting
of entrepreneurs in various industries.
Cecilia has a passion for entrepreneurial development, loves the outdoors and
enjoys spending time with her family and friends
Claire McTaggart is a chartered accountant (SA) and registered auditor and
has 12 years’ post-qualification experience. During her 11 ½ years with
PricewaterhouseCoopers she managed Kwazulu-Natal’s Regional Training and
methodology, Risk management and Audit software support as well as her
corporate audit portfolio including representing the South African firm on the
Global training course development team and being part of the national quality
review team. She worked in Pietermaritzburg , Durban, Harare and Malawi
offices.
Her passion for working with entrepreneurs was developed when working
with multiple emerging businesses in the Pietermaritzburg office.
After leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers she worked as a global reporting
manager for an international company before starting her own practice, Recro
Business Consulting in Cape Town. Her areas of expertise include public and
private sector auditing, internal audit, accounting, financial statements, taxation,
compliance, business efficiency, and general business consulting. Recro has
grown swiftly over the last 4 years attracting a wide range of clients and assisting
businesses to thrive. Clients enjoy Recro’s quick turnaround, practical advice,
and personal attention.
Nichola Walker-Woodard joined Robyn Hey & Associates in February 2011
as a Director, and heads up the Corporate and Commercial department, while
based at Robyn Hey & Associates Claremont.
Nichola has a strong commercial background honed while working in the
Commercial Litigation department at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs, in the Legal
Risk department at Investec Private Bank and as in-house Legal Counsel at
Virgin Active SA (Pty) Ltd.
Nichola combines large firm expertise with a genuine, personal interest in
assisting her clients to create a solid framework in which to run their businesses,
big or small, and in them becoming valuable corporate citizens.
In addition to the drafting and reviewing of all commercial agreements, including
sale of business agreements, shareholders agreements, credit applications,
sponsorship agreements, standard terms and conditions of trade, supply
agreements, lease agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements,
Nichola offers company secretarial and commercial mediation services, as well
as compliance and risk advice and training.

Beverley Hancock, started her career in recruitment 18 years ago, managing
the Contract division for an IT recruitment company in Cape Town, South Africa.
Since then she has worked in both leadership and operational roles in SA and the
UK, placing top talent and key skills within multi-national organisations and
dynamic SME's.
A finalist in the 2013 BWA Regional Business Achiever Awards (Corporate) Bev
is business minded, creative, forward thinking, professional and a strategic
thinker with proven management experience and a solid understanding of
recruitment across all skills and industry sectors. She works with leading global
and national organisations as well as dynamic SME's across a number of sectors
including Renewable Energy, Finance (incl. Investment Management), IT &
Mobile Telecomms and FMCG.
Jacki McEwen is the founder and Managing director of Eclipse Public
Relations. Over the past 15 years the agency has grown and established itself as

Kathi Clarke is an Industrial Psychologist, international award winning and
certified ActionCOACH Business Coach and a business growth expert. With over
25 years’ experience in growing businesses in 5 African countries, she returned
to Cape Town in 2010 and has successfully helped more than 50 entrepreneurs
to significantly grow their profits, develop entrepreneurial muscle and enjoy the
lifestyle which prompted them to start their own business in the first place.
Jennifer Coetzee is actively involved in organizational strategy, leadership and
marketing. As Head of Direct and Relationship Marketing for Capitec Bank, Jennifer
is a firm believer in the pivotal power of enthused staff who believes in and gets
behind a common vision. She is passionate about building client relationships
through relevant and personal conversations which help them stay in control of their
finances and manage their money better.
She joined Capitec Bank in 2007 and served on the Executive Management
Committee from 2010 until 2011 as part of Capitec Bank’s management
development program. She has extensive marketing and communications
experience across a number of industries; and holds an MBA.
