Certification Renewal: What’s ILNA
and How Do I Get Started?
Cyndi Miller Murphy MSN RN CAE
Executive Director
Change is Good
After you've done a thing the same way for two years,
look it over carefully. After five years, look at it with
suspicion. And after ten years, throw it away and start
all over.
Alfred Edward Perlman (railroad engineer)
New York Times, 3 July 1958
The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge
into it, move with it, and join the dance.
Alan Watts (modern philosopher)
