Group Project Retail Audit Strategic Planning Process Project Objectives • Assist a local retailer in identifying patterns of consumer behavior and competition. • Provide the retailer with recommended strategic options. • Give you the opportunity to apply the concepts studied in class to field settings. • Provide a forum for the development of oral and written communications skills. • Have fun.
