The undersigned animal owner acknowledges that the premises and animals, guests, items, and activities thereon, pose dangers to people and animals. Such dangers include, by way of example and are not limited to, animals that can bite, kick, scratch, trip, knock down, and fight, indoor and outdoor surfaces that may be slippery, equipment that can trip, persons who cannot control their animals, and activities involving animals that can result in injury from bites and other causes. Accordingly, animal owner, on behalf of him/her, his/her spouse, and minor children, and anyone else whom animal owner brings into the premises, waves any and all legal duties on the part of
Paws in Paradise
or its owner to keep the premises free of dangers and the risk of injuries, losses, damages, costs, and expenses by any means above described, and other injuries, losses, damages, costs and expenses of every possible cause and description unless inflicted intentionally or recklessly by the employees of
Paws in Paradise
or its owner.
This agreement is binding upon animal owner, the spouse of animal owner, and the children of animal owner. Anyone entering the premises must sign this agreement. Animal owner agrees to assume liability for anyone he/she brings onto the premises. Should any person not sign this agreement, animal owner will defend, hold harmless, and indemnify
Paws in Paradise and its owner, and their employees, against any claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees, brought by or on behalf of such persons.
Animal owner assumes the risks to and is liable for the actions of each animal they bring upon these premises. If the animal is injured in a fight or an accident, gets fleas, ticks or worms, contacts any illness or disease, or engages in any unwanted behavior, animal owner accepts the risks of the same and agrees that Paws in Paradise and its owner, and employees shall not be held responsible for such occurrences or any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs of expenses. Animal owner agrees to pay all losses and damages resulting from any behavior of the animal, at any time, that causes property damage or personal injuries, including but not limited to bites, suffered or incurred by any person or another animal. If the animal causes injury or loss to any property, person or another animal, animal owner will defend and indemnify

, its owner, and employees from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees.
This agreement supersedes all prior discussions, representations, and agreements of the parties, and expresses the entire understanding between animal owner and
Paws in Paradise regarding the matters described above. All parties confirm that no other promises, representations, or oral understanding have been made to regard thereto. This agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both animal owner and the owner of
Paws in Paradise.
In the event of a natural disaster, I understand the owner of
Paws in Paradise
will attempt to contact me and my emergency contact to make arrangements for removal of the animal from the premises. If unable to be removed,
Paws in Paradise
owner will seek to take the animal with her to evacuate if permitted by animal owner.
Absolutely NO dangerous, or diseased animals are permitted anywhere upon the premises. Any animal that displays aggressive tendencies towards any human must be immediately and permanently removed from the premises by the animal owner.
If
Paws in Paradise staff deems a situation a medical emergency, I give full permission for
Paws in Paradise to make any needed decisions concerning medical treatment of my dog(s). I authorize urgent veterinary treatment of my animal(s) and I understand that I will be fully responsible for all fees and charges incurred on my behalf.
Paws in Paradise reserves the right to utilize the services of any available veterinary clinic.
By signing below, I hereby release

and all associated parties from any and all liabilities including natural disasters such as but not limited to, hurricanes, fire, earthquakes, tornadoes, for injuries to myself, my dog, or any other property of mine which may arise in any way out of services and/or products provided by
Paws in Paradise
. I understand that every dog reacts differently and that animals by nature are unpredictable. I acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved in daycare, boarding, and grooming, including but not limited to dogfights, dog bites, to humans or other dogs, and the transmission of disease. Dogs unaccustomed to the level of activity at daycare may experience thirst, sore muscles, joints, and fatigue. I understand that if boarding, I
must pick my dog up by 1pm to avoid an additional daycare charge of $10.00. If my dog has fleas, I understand that he/she will be given a flea bath and I will be charged an extra $5.00. If my dog is here for grooming, and is matted, I understand he/she will be shaved. By signing below, I accept exclusive and sole responsibility, financial or otherwise, for these and all other risks and release

and related parties of all liability.
